The location is very nice. Also the appartement is very comfortable.

The matress is very Hard. Also there is always a leakage at the water tape.

Really spacious and nice big balcony to enjoy the view. Air con and wifi worked really well. Walking distance to bakeries and cafes. Huge supermarket nearby. Highly recommend for a family. Kalamaki Beach is a 5 minute walk and Bolivar Beach Bar is another 5 minute walk down the main road. Penarrubia Bar is lovely to sit at, at night before heading back to the apartment. Has a small grassed area for kids to have a run around. There’s also a huge playground directly across the road once you get to the main road from the apartment. Will definitely be looking at booking again when we are in Athens next time.

There was construction happening right next door which woke us some mornings but otherwise no other issues.

Very nice placement, excellent apartments: 2 bathroom, 2 toilets VERY clean and near sea. Very friendly personal. If we come next year to Athens, we will book only this apartments!!!
