There was everything we needed in the apartment, even stuff like washing liquid and iron. Good Wi-Fi. Air con, dishwasher. So it was very comfortable to live there. Excellent location! Also the owners provided a baby cot that we asked them about even though this option was not mentioned on booking.com.

Air con is only in the living room and cold air can’t quickly reach bedrooms well enough and should be on all the time on “high” for this.

Fazana is great. It is beautiful and small and much less busy than other seaside towns like Rovinj. From Fazana you can enjoy its pebble beaches, eat in the water front restaurants, take the ferry to Brijuni, or hop over to Pula to see the sites. And it is only about 4 blocks long, so it is very easy to navigate. The location of the apartment is ideal. Within half a block you can find: the sea; two bakeries; a gelato stand; grocery store; about 6 restaurants; and banks. Venture a full block and you are a beach and the ferry to Brijuni. Parking is provided right behind the building (and a really nice perk given the limited parking in the town). Location couldn't be better. The apartment is small, but comfortable. There is a living room with coach, coffee table, and TV, which we didn't use. The kitchen was comfortable and adequately equipped. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was small but totally usable and very clean. One nice feature was the heavy duty blinds made sure the rooms stayed dark and our kids were not awaken by the early morning sun. The hosts made everything very easy. They showed up when promised to drop-off and pick up the key. Communication before and during the visit was prompt. The family lives in the area and different people picked up and dropped off the keys, so I would imagine that they are generally very reliable and responsive. Everything was pleasant and professional and very easy.

The building itself is not attractive and the apartment isn't fancy. However, we spent nearly all our time exploring Fazana, so it didn't matter. But don't expect a facade or kitchen that would appear in Better Homes & Gardens magazine.

Perhaps a cutting table where you can cut your vegetables or meat is ideal

Excellent location, just in the center of Fažana, everything under your feet. The apartment is comfortable, well lighted and perfectly clean. Bedrooms are spacy and well aired. The kitchen is nicely equipped.

If you are planning to prepare a meal, make sure to take salt, sugar, oil etc. with you cause there isn't any in the kitchen. However, detergent, toilet paper and soap are there, at the disposal.
