Good location, clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, mostly stable wifi. We met with the concierge to get the keys, she was polite and responsive.

The double bed in the bedroom is incredibly bad. The mattress should be changed immediately and you should not host another person in this. The convertible couch was even worse (picture attached). We paid more than 550 euros for 3 sleepless nights. We were working from home all days, and being tired all the time has impacted our performance. On top of that, ALL drawers in the wardrobe were not secured resulting in a serious injury in my foot (I can still not walk or drive). I contacted the (very responsive) concierge and she immediately sent a (very polite) technician who confirmed all the above and reassured me that he would contact the owner. The last night, after we spent 2 terrible nights (me also in pain), I received an email from the owner asking me if I had a good stay (so obviously he got no feedback) and informing me that I have to wash, dry and put back the dishes, take the rubbish out and other rules. If I didn't follow his rules, he informed me that I could have extra charges (which I have never agreed to or seen before). I did everything and carried the rubbish while being injured. Next I received another email prompting me to leave a positive public review if I had a good time, or answer back to him privately if I have a negative experience because he values my feedback. Obviously he never even read my emails.

Very nice and clean, very helpful and friendly staff! Close to the center. Just perfect.
