I loved the girl who made breakfast every morning
She was very kind and friendly.
The bathroom was downstairs, but anyway, all was amazing .

Brilliant! The place was nice, clean and well-equiped.
The host is so kind, helps everithing, serves very good breakfast.
The place is near to Cagliari, easy to reach by bsu.

Very nice and helpful host, speaks good English. Reliable and fast Wi-Fi. Good air conditioning.
Nauseating smell of cigarettes meeting you as soon as you enter the house or leave your room. Every morning at 9 am a lady started smoking on the porch with open windows. Loud dogs in the neighborhood barking all night. Breakfast was quantity over quality - much to choose from but everything tasted cheap and was factory-cooked, no cheese or ham just sweet condiments.

We loved the location,close to the sea and shops.lovely views from the balcony an added bonus. The hosts made us feel very welcome.
The breakfast choice was also good.One of the main reasons we chose this place, was because it's pet friendly and our little Shiz Tzu loved it here,she was greatly fussed over by the hosts.An ideal place for dog walk along the beach in the morning.

Location close to the beach and Cagliari, breakfast, indoor garden, kindness of the host Eleonora. The quality / price ratio is excellent

The bathroom was on the ground floor and the room on the 1st floor At night this aspect is unpleasant

Close to the sea and convenient to visit the area

We went to the Cagliari AirPort but we don’t want to stay in the city. That’s why we found this apartman which is about 10 minutes from the city and the AirPort. The area is really quiet, the sea is only 2 minutes walk :) supermarket also reach and restaurant too.
Another beautiful beaches is about half an hour by car.
The apartman room was enough big with also a big balcony. Everything was clean. The bathroom had a shower and enough place, many towels. I recommend the breakfast , very delicious and lot !! The owner is really kind women , helpfull and you van ask from her. SHe helps everything and make out stay perfect. Thanks a lot !!🙏

We loved that the beach was so close. We walked to all the different restaurants and where you can rent chairs as well. Eleanora also allowed us the use or her umbrella and chairs but it was very windy the one day so we decided to go rent it somewhere else. The facilities were very comfortable and clean. We were lucky that no one else was staying there at the same time so we had exclusive use of the one bathroom. We took the bus to Poetto and into town a couple of days.
The breakfast was great and offered a variety of Sardinian delicasies.
There’s a permeating smell of cigarettes.

Very peaceful and homely stay. Bus stops, supermarkets and restaurants within 1 km radius. Eleonora is a very great host and loved her croissant.

It would be nice to have a wet cleaning of room, as there's much sand after the beach...
