Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en de locatie is erg leuk als je wilt gaan shoppen in Den Haag

Great hotel tucked in a good neighborhood close to the Mauritshuis Museum (Girl with the Pearl Earring). Staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was large and the large bathroom terrific (towel warmers and shower!). Breakfast was lovely with seating available in the front lobby.

No elevator but staff will carry your bags.

В цілому готель гарний, затишний. Зручне лішко. Чистий. Дуже вдале розташування, до центру пішки 10 хвилин, до центральної станції 25 хвилин пішки. До моря йде трамвай, їхати десь звилин 20.

Рецепція працює тільки до 5 вечора і потім майже не можливо звʼязатись ні з ким з адміністрації, якщо виникнуть якісь питання чи проблеми, доведеться чекати до ранку. В мене номер був на першому поверсі, біля столової кімнати та було чутно усі пересування персоналу, гупаня дверима та пилисос орєньовно з 8:30 ранку, що не дало мені змоги виспатись! Нажаль.

Traumhafte suite. Wir waren total geschockt wie schön es war. Und das Bett war unglaublich gemütlich. Ich wollte gar nicht aufstehen.

Leider war es etwas laut, man konnte in den Flur hören was so passiert. Und in der Garten Suite dort kann der Garten mal wirklich zu einem kleinen Garten gemacht werden. Mit Grünfläche und blumen.

Prachtige sfeervolle locatie, grote kamer (Suite), prijs is zeer redelijk, vol in het centrum.

The staff went out of their way to help us, which was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and the space was just what we needed, we also loved how centrally located the hotel was.

Super good bed, friendly staff, good shower. Very happy there was air-conditioning.

Airconditioning helped to make it cooler but couldn't bring the temperature below 22° when it was half-cloudy and +-20° outside. For a hot day, this airco is not strong enough.

The room had mouse traps. The beds smell very bad. Everything old and not clean at all. As it is next to an irish pub it is extremely loud.

Exceptional staff. They deeply cared about us. Wonderful breakfast! Everything was perfect here. Close to everything. We miss it so much!!

Great location, super friendly staff and not to forget the spacious bathroom. Also there is a nice garden in the back for the morning Yoga session.

it was so, so hot . There was no air conditioning, I wasn’t offered even a fan. I asked the guy in reception and he said it would ‘cool down later ‘. It didn’t .

The location is within a walking distance from the city center and many interesting sites; there are a lot of stores nearby and some very nice bars. Bonus: suddenly there was an issue with the hot water and the staff managed to fix it while I was having my breakfast, kudos!
