In vergelijking met de andere hotels van dit niveau in Scheveningen valt de prijs mee( dit blijft zo echter niet, verwacht verhoging voor de zomermaanden van meerdere tientallen euro). Uitzonderlijk goed en rijkelijk ontbijt.

De kamer die ik deze keer had was erg klein, zelfs een apart tafeltje kon er niet bij. De HDMI aansluiting van de tv was bereikbaar, echter de afstandsbediening werkte niet om deze te selecteren.

Met 5 vriendinnen boekten we de 5 persoonskamer. Heel fijn dat die er sowieso zijn in dit hotel. Het was prima en erg gezellig !

Locaite is top, kamergroottes zijn goed, temperatuur was aangenaam, kamer was mooi opgemaakt en ingericht, bed ligt goed, vriendelijk personeel, soepele check-in en check-out.

Wastafel was niet helemaal schoon, föhn-rooster was stoffig en voorstuk zat los, badkamer rook niet heel fris (niet vies, maar alsof het lang geleden voor het laatst gebruikt/schoongemaakt was), TV had geen YouTube of andere streamingdienst apps.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, moreso than required but not to the point of being overbearing. The room was comfortable, everything worked well, and the location is very close to transport and to the beach. Everything was simple and easy.

We kregen een gratis upgrade naar een appartement. Nieuw, mooi, groot, heel schoon, fijne locatie.

Doordat het appartement aan de overkant van het hotel was en het slecht weer was wordt je flink nat als je naar het ontbijt gaat in het hotel

We kregen een 'free upgrade' naar een nieuw appartement in het hotel. Betreft een super ingericht verblijf met alle er op en er aan wat vooral goed zou uitkomen voor een wat langer verblijf. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een uitstekend uitgebreid ontbijt. Auto parkeren in het hotel is erg makkelijk.

Slechts 1 heel klein minpuntje vonden wij de trap in het appartement naar de slaapkamer. Deze trap is erg steil en de treden vrij smal. Vooral voor wat ouderen mensen dus zwaarder om naar boven te lopen en lastig om naar beneden te lopen.

The staff was very nice and service oriented. Everything else is okay, but nothing exceptional. Location near the beach was quite nice.

Having to pay 25 Euros per day for parking. The additional 17,50 euros charged for breakfast did not feel like value for money.

Conveniently situated next to our friends' apartment block. Staff were helpful.

Very small room for the money. Check-in took a long time, considering we had pre-booked. Lift was a bit sluggish. TV was unusable until a staff member fixed it, and then had a disappointing selection of channels for a hotel of this class. TV also didn't remember last channel selected. Eurosport available but only in German... Breakfast was OK, but the scrambled egg was rubbery.

Travelled with my adult children, had an adjoining studio room with large windows to see beach (not on beach) able to all be together without running down halls. Lots of room when opened up so able to play cards in evening when raining. Location perfect for enjoying both the beach and The Hague. Bike rental available in hotel was perfect. Parking on site great. Beds very comfortable.

A wonderful huge bed in a clean room! The beach is a 3-minutes walk across the street.

The shower is a pretty small. Breakfast was yummy, but not extraordinary. Mini bar was empty :(

the staff, the room was great

there was trouble with the reservation. we had booked under my name and I had registered one guest. the stay was then suddenly registered under the guest, and the staff could therefore not find our reservation.

Great location, clean, every day I got new towels and the room cleaned, richfull breakfast

Coldn't stop the air conditioning. It switched back on by itself.

Great Hotel with parking option if you have a car. Compact but modern and functional rooms. Staff have transport tickets for local public transport which made catching the tram a breeze. Walking distance to everything Scheveningen has to offer
