Struttura molto vicina al centro, perfetta per visitare Aveiro.

Abbiamo prenotato alle 15.00 e siamo arrivati in struttura alle 17.00. Eravamo in 2 adulti e 2 bambini e poco prima di accedere ci hanno scritto che il divano letto era inutilizzabile perché aveva delle doghe rotte. Quindi ci hanno chiesto di far dormire una bambina su un futon (piccola poltrona a terra) e l’altra nel letto matrimoniale con noi (misura piccola). Il divano e il tappeto della sala erano molto sporchi e dopo aver visto un insetto che ci camminava sopra non ci siamo più avvicinati. Appartamento al piano terra con tende macchiate e piene di polvere che non si potevano aprire perché le vetrate davano sulla strada. In bagno presenza di moccio molto sporco (spero non pulissero con quello). Assolutamente troppo alto il prezzo. Suggeriamo di fare una grossa pulizia che lo renderebbe un appartamento carino.

People and cars were very visible and audible right outside the window as this was a ground floor apartment.

Nice little apartment right in the best spot of Aveiro. A stove and a oven to cook and a great shower.

It would really benefit of having on site support. We had a power outage (stove and oven at the same time?) and we had called them when we saw it was only our apartment. They were really helping on the phone, but after trying several maneuver on the electric panel, we would have like someone to come help us. Also we advised them before our arrival that we cannot receive their instructions by sms but we had to write and call them (they couldn’t give the codes on the phone) and wait about 20 minutes in the entrance until they send us the info on booking.com. They have good intensions, it’s just their process that need some improvement. If we could have received sms with our Canadian phone, we wouldn’t have to go through all this.

All the calls/texts and finally get codes to front door then more of the same to get the codes to the apartment door. Waste of time!

The construction was poor for a near new apartment. The wooden floor boards were laid into the bathroom and water seeped up through them from the shower overflow. The shower was very mouldy. A/c in lounge room didn't work. significant marks one call walls. Don't bother booking here. You'll be better off spending your money elsewhere

The apartment was spacious

From all the bookings I made so far, never in my life I had to go through so many phone calls. The only reason why we booked this property was the information that the access could be done with a code instead of a key, now you can imagine our surprise when only 3 hours before the check in we were told we would need a key to get into the apartment... When we arrived to the apartment it was quite obvious what happened, someone forced the door and broke the lock, not the most auspicious start. Apart from that we also had the pleasure of being woken up at 2am by the door bell inside our apartment, it's still a mystery why a rented apartment like this needs such a door bell. Maybe it's related with all the noises from the outer stairs and halls that could be perfectly listened inside our room, who knows. To top it all, every time we made use of the bathroom facilities we had to wrestle the flush button to make it stop, err... flushing. Last but not least the air conditioning remote wasn't working, but after all of the rest this only seems like a minor detail.

Location was excellent

The kettle and shower head and bathroom sink was full of black mould. Bed in room was very hard.

The location is EXCELLENT! Super central and right where you want to be to be able to explore. There is also a little restaurant next door with really great food and a lovely warm atmosphere. Getting access to the apartment was super easy and everything was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We were a little surprised to find that instead of a sofa bed the second bed was an air bed, but it was extremely high quality and very comfortable, so wasn't really an issue.

The house is very cozy with a simple and modern decoration and is in the city center. There are several bars and restaurants nearby but we didn't hear any noise in the apartment. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are clean. Check- in was pretty easy and the host was very helpful in helping us solve a little problem with the television. I strongly recommend to anyone who wants to visit the city of Aveiro.

As a suggestion, the accommodation should have paper napkins. Since it is possible to cook in the house, sometimes guests may forget to buy it. However, it's nothing that makes us have a bad stay.
