the room was next to a railway line and the ground shook. the room had a noisy water heater and fridge. no breakfast and the town nearby was dead and it was impossible to find anything to eat

Hi, well I only expected a basic room, but it was self- catering, perfect for me, well equipped and I only needed to ask to get the missing essentials. .very friendly staff, kind and reassuring, fully recommend to anyone travelling on the east coast or with business in Montsia.

There were no down points.

Booked two rooms the triple was a little basic but having two sleeping ares was good while the double room had a king bed plus kitchenette which was just as well as we were unable to find a restaurant in two and the hotel dining room closed at 9. The swimming pool was also very enjoyable although it would have been better with some shade, umbrellas?

Being in the annex we were very close to the railway line, while the trains were not very frequent it was very obvious when one passed!

i left some clothes by mistake. the hotel very kindly sent them on to me. excellent customer service. short walk into a lovely church square with lots of restaurants.

The beds were not particularly comfortable and the adjoining restaurant was closed due to staff issues. But expect this sort of thing is happening all over.

Initially on booking the closeness to the motorway and there was a restaurant but the later turned out to be untrue

This was an overnight stay on they way to a 5 month stay in Spain so the car boot was full of luggage. I only booked this accommodation because it had restaurant facilities. We were extremely tired on arrival which was a Sunday and shocked to be told no restaurant that evening but plenty of restaurants in the town. Wasn’t a feasible option to drive into town with the car full of luggage etc. The few restaurants that were open were limited as they had closed and we were too tired to hang around till they reopened later in the evening. The accommodation had a two ring hob but useless as no pots, cutlery or crockery available so ended up going to bed tired and hungry. The bed appears to be a small double, not ideal for my 6ft partner. The weather in the night was atrocious, gales blowing which caused something inside the cooker hood to bang constantly, hence no sleep at all and a long drive the following day. I could not understand the reason for a cooker hood when no pots, pans to cook anything. Breakfast was basic.
