High Tide - Esperance
High Tide est une maison unique et moderne avec climatisation réversible, pouvant accueillir confortablement 6 personnes avec 2 lits queen et 2 lits simples.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour votre confort avec thé et café. Le lave-linge contient tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous épargner une pile de linge lorsque vous rentrerez chez vous.
Sur le balcon il y a un barbecue et un cadre extérieur - parfait pour s'asseoir et profiter de la vue sur l'archipel Recherche.
Il y a une grande cour arrière avec des arbres fruitiers et la pelouse, et un grand parking pour plusieurs véhicules.
Livres et DVD sont fournis.
High Tide est à seulement 200m de la plage, et un restaurant / bar.
Nous sommes à quelques minutes à pied d'un petit centre commercial, avec un magasin de poisson-frites, une pharmacie, un coiffeur et un supermarché.
High Tide se trouve à 15 minutes à pied de la ville, le long de l'Esperance, récemment rénové.
Malheureusement, nous n'autorisons pas les animaux domestiques.

Stayed at High Tide over the easter break and had an amazing time. Accomodation was perfect for our family, close to town facilities and activities for the kids. I highly recommend staying here.

Well located and excellent communication with the host. Check in was easy, kitchen fully equipped and facilities were good, well spacious. Cleanest holiday plays we have ever stayed.

This house was perfect for our family’s stay in Esperance. It was clean, modern and comfortable.
It had lovely views from the verandah.
Also came with a washing machine and fruit trees which bore plenty of fruit.
We will be back.

This beach house was perfect for us. It was perfectly located, modern, clean and well appointed. We highly recommend High-Tide and will encourage our friends visiting Esperance to stay at this property.

I would rate this property 5/5. It was an easy check in process and communication with the property manager was quick. The house was very clean on our arrival and had the basics that we would need consisting of basic kitchen tools, laundry soap and things like that. My boys loved playing outside and the gate closed easily to keep them in the yard. The fruit trees were an added bonus. It was very comfortable for my family of 5.

Love Esperance. With its beautiful beaches that are all your own this is a really special place, water is a bit chilly though!

The property is well appointed and in a great location- close to the beach, shops and easy walk to town. A gorgeous welcome pack from our hosts and the house was lovely, open and comfortable.

Pros - Property was in a good location and it was novel that it was on stilts and upstairs. Balcony was nice
Cons - place wasn’t overly clean, seems a bit neglected, lack of proper supplies, for example 1 spare toilet roll for 3 people for 4 nights, shampoo/conditioner supplied was cheap and nasty, drawers filled with random items, crockery and cutlery dirty - expect a lot better when paying top dollar for the stay, there’s a lack of love for what could be a beautiful property, disappointing.

Was really happy with the property. Even though it is just off the foreshore there is a view of the ocean (and ships when they;re in :) ). Bed was nice a comfortable. Water pressure great. Plenty of room to move. Wifi was generous. Supplies for guests use were great. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Overdue getaway
Property is in a great location. 15 minute walk into town and 5 to the beach. Place was clean and everything you need. We would return back in a heart beat.

Home away from home!
‘HIGH TIDE’ is in a great convenient location, close to the beach, shops and the town centre. We loved the view from the deck and being able to enjoy the casual relaxed atmosphere of the house. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning to Esperance and staying they again.

Fantastic location
I loved morning coffee on a lovely terrace with a view. The house was spacious for 4 of us and clean (except the BBQ). The owners were nice and even left us a welcoming bottle of wine and books to use.

Well worth booking & will stay here again. Walking distance to town. Owners have thought of everything... DVD's, boardgames, tourist brochures, extra blankets, bbq... Thoroughly enjoyable stay

The High Tide Property was everything we were expecting and more. It was clean, tidy, close to everything and met all our needs. There were 4 of us being 2 parents and 2 adult children. The owners replied to our enquiries very promptly and were very easy to deal with.
