The water in the shower was cold - i mentioned this on 2nd morning, but nothing changed. There was a lot of noise on the first night: people banging doors and telephones ringing at 5 a.m.

The lady who showed us in and made our breakfast was really nice. The breakfast was served to our room and was really good. The room and en-suite bathroom was clean.

The property is on a a main road and close to a railway crossing. Therefore, there was a lot of of traffic noise as well the warning bell from the railway crossing all night which meant we got very little sleep. On our arrival the lady told us there would be no traffic noise during the night but this was not true. We decided not to stay the second night and told the staff it was because the room was too noisy. The owner told us they had no other rooms available but that we had to pay for both nights. They asked for our credit card to pay but I told them it had already been paid via booking.com. They then asked for payment in cash for the city tax of 10 euros in total even though our booking.com account said this should be 8 euros if we stayed for 2 nights. When I told them this they waived the tax charge. The lady who showed us to our room was really nice and made us a lovely breakfast. The room was clean. However, the noise from the road and the railway crossing was terrible .The owner was not very helpful or apologetic about this and very insistent on making sure they were paid for both nights

Very close to the city center, nearbyt there is a free parking (sometimes it is har to find a spot, though). The staff was very nice. It's on a trafficated road but during the night it is pretty quiet. The staff brings your choice of breakfast in the room!

The ladies were very warm-hearted, kind and helpful. Breakfast was nicely served on demand in the room. Everything was nearby and within walking distance.

Need more cleaning to the floor. There was a decent amount of hair that can be seen on the floor. The shower tube was broken and it had something black on the hose.

Take care .....There is NO window in the room so no fresh air (actually it opens to the hotel office space... ) . The room is very tiny. There is no separate breakfast /dining room in the hotel so breakfast is served into the room based on request. When we asked for eggs; one egg was served for three persons. The same for bread and juice ...... Both the room and the bathroom smelled bad.

+ close proximity to bus station + Considering the overall condition of the hotel, there were relatively few ants in the room + ideal for train enthusiasts as the railway crossing is c.a. 50 meters from the hotel and could be enjoyed every half hour

- our hotel room was situated on the ground level, so the windows could not be opened due to road noise and could easily be opened from outside

although situated on a major road, we slept peacefully. the room was clean and the double bed very comfy.

its about 20 minutes walk from train station, 10-15 minutes from main attractions. big supermarket is 3-5 min walk. friendly staff, really helpful

the hotel needs renovation and better cleaning. Bed is old, no extra pillows, no duvet in the room, everything is dusty. Also found a black thick hair on white sheets - disgusting. When I opened the door of the wardrobe, it has fallen to the floor, I couldn't fix it. Breakfast is acceptable, but don't count on it much

It was clean, well equiped room, near the old town, quiet inside the house. They asked what to serve for breakfast, gave us maps and neccesary informations we asked. Parking is public.

They charged our credit card, despite we have chosen the option to pay on the reception. It was loud traffic outside, so we have to keep closed window. Good thing is that we can use very quiet air condition and sleep well.

Very late night disturbance from another guest that thought we were in their room but not the case. One must call the owner of the hotel and receive the door code for entrance. One is then texted the name of the room one will be staying.

The room was very clean well equipped and new. The staff was really nice. The accomondation was not so far away from the center. 10-15 mind by walk.

The room what we got (Klimnt), wasnt so big. For a short period(we stayed two night), its okay, but for more days or a week could be uncomfortable. And it have only a strret front windows, which was pretty noisy, when you want to get some fresh air. And you have to pay extra cost for the aircondition 5 Euro / day. The vegan "bed and breakfast", was cute, we never did before, but in my opinion doesnt worth it. From that price you could buy much more and better things to breakfast, or in fact I think in Ravenna a brunch place or a restaurant you could have a better and more thing fro that money.

There was a smell out of sewage system that was almost unbearable. Host told me, they have tried everything ... still, it didn't make it a nice stay.

The Guesthouse is very unique with decors of antiques and very well put together, it sure feels like a boutique guesthouse than anything else. The room is of good size and comfortable and the location is a close 10 mins walk to train station and also to the sights. The owner is very accommodating and very friendly. They do bring breakfast to your room every morning and you will have to let her know what your want in your breakfast the day prior. I had a great stay and definitely will stay there again!

The people are nice, there's no problem with leaving your luggage behind after check out. The room had a nice clean feel with a private, quite sizeable, bathroom. Breakfast in bed, with fresh fruit, freshly made coffee, and fresh croissants aside of water and juice. You could easily pop out and ask for another coffee without problems. Close-by free parking, and you can use the car to get to the seashore and walk to the center.

The fridge is shared in the hall, rather than a small one in the room.

Good location (close to train station and city center), breakfast, staff, good wi-fi. There is an air conditioner (but for an additional payment).

The room for one person is small, this must be understood in advance. The bed creaked a little.
