Apesar de antigo, o hotel é muito bom. Falta um pouco de manutenção (banheiro tinha revestimento quebrado, falta de rejunte em alguns lugares, o box é pequeno e de cortina, ao lado do armário a parede estava danificada), mas não atrapalhou o conforto da hospedagem. O chuveiro é excelente. Banho quente e ducha forte. Antes da ida, tive problema com a reserva e demorei duas semanas para conseguir falar com o hotel e teve que ser por meio do Booking (eles não atendem telefone, não respondem e-mail, nem WhatsApp), então, isto gerou um desgaste muito grande, mas na semana que antecedeu a viagem, mandaram dois e-mails e várias msg de WhatsApp para eu fazer o pagamento. Os funcionários são simpáticos, mas ninguém fala português e não fazem questão de falar devagar para vc entender. O café da manhã é simples, mas tudo muito gostoso. Também jantamos no restaurante. A comida estava muito boa, o atendimento é ótimo e o preço é honesto (mais barato, se comparado a outros bons restaurantes da cidade).
A localização do hotel. Como ele fica muito longe do centro, o deslocamento para qualquer lugar demora, no mínimo, meia hora. Saíamos de manhã com tudo programado e troca de roupa, se fosse preciso, pois não dava pra pensar em voltar para o hotel, pois seria uma hora perdida só com deslocamento. Não tinha touca de banho nas amenidades de banheiro.

Like all establishments, it is the people that makes the difference. The lounge and den had exceptional views, the breakfast presented a good selection, simple and delicious. Fernando who looked after us in the restaurant deserves a special mention, and the front office staff Luciana who took the time to extend a very warm welcome and disseminated all information regarding the hotel’s dining experience, laundry pricing etc. No request was ever too tall for housekeeping, bravo! Back of the house - the chef/executive chef -mucho, mucho gracias, all our meals at dinner was delicious, great presentation and pleasing to the eyes.
The ECOTASA was paid by cash to the hotel after payment was refused online after several attempts. Be good to have a proof of payment at point of exit. I had misplaced my keys during checkout and paid ARS1000, then found it later..went back to the hotel to return the key without the cash payment returned. Moving forward, I also did not receive the master bill after all payment was made and hotel said they would sent by email, still waiting.

It was an amazing hotel for the value. It was very well situated next to the stunningly beautiful driving circuit there that included the beautiful but very expensive Llao Llao Hotel that everybody comes to see but does not necessarily stay at. The staff bends over backwards at the Panamericano to help you in any way they can. They are genuinely warm and friendly.

Beautiful location with lovely views, although a bit far from the center of Bariloche. Comfortable places to sit in and around the lobby. Comfortable rooms with comfortable beds.
The staff was lukewarm. Some were helpful, while others seemed to be bothered by questions. There was no close access to the lake that was just directly in front of the hotel

We had a three bed room, which had three comfortable beds and was big enough. The breakfast was good. Excellent quality-price ratio I would say.
We had a small window with a side viee on the parking lot, a bit disappointing, but ok for the price. We were most disappointed in the lack of service and understamding. Our 3 yr old was a bit sick and fell asleep early. so we asked if we could dine in our room, or at least one of us. Bit they refused. so we had to go dine one by one, all alone at a table.

The hotel is is in a good location for a good value. Everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were all friendly.
It would have been nice to have more outdoor seating. There was some road noise with the window open.

The location was fantastic but, despite the hotel being in front of the lake, the views of the lake are very partial up to the second floor maybe 3rd floor would have nicer views.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
They could have hangers for the coats, a mirror outside the bathroom and a mini fridge.
Also, one cannot control the room temperature, so first night was too cold then they turned on the heater and the others nights were too hot - we had to let the windows open to manage it!
The hotel is old but with some investment has a lot of potential.

Facilities, bed was very comfy. Big hall and reception with tv. Very clean. Weather can be very cold, but heating radiation system works well all the time inside the hotel.
Food. Breakfast options are very poor, only toast and croissant the first day, second day added some brownies, dinner at the hotel extremely expensive, it could have normal prices. Noisy, due to some part of the construction being wood, you van hear staff and other guest talking.
