#14 was an excellent house, perfect for the 6 of us. Centrally located in St. Andrews, we were able to walk everywhere including to the Old Course. I highly recommend this house and definitely would go back! Host was great! Walt H

Excellent location and comfy place to stay, ideal for families as each bedroom has an ensuite. Well equipped with plenty of useful welcome items and the cutest garden room to hang out in.
Bed was a bit too soft for me but that was about the only issue.

The host was amazing! She left us with everything we would need…even a bottle of bubbly! The house was immaculate and the location is perfect. Each bedroom has an en-suite - plus a powder room. Absolutely perfect for family living…close to shops, restaurants and anything you could need. We walked everywhere and only needed a car to get to the beach. As we were there in summer, it was a little warm trying to sleep (sleeping with the windows open was pretty noisy) so my only suggestion would be to add a fan in each bedroom. Otherwise, 10 out of 10…we will be back. Thank you!

everything about this property was exceptional. The location superb for walks on the beaches and into town. All 4 double beds were ensuite and finished to a fabulous standard. Plenty of room in the lounge to sit comfortably and a well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean and great service from the owner who came in weekly to clean and change the beds/towels. highly recommend
parking was occasionally tight during the day but always managed to get a spot at night.

The property has an incredible layout for a group of people staying. We had a group staying for a hen-do and everyone couldn’t be happier. The owner left a gorgeous welcome hamper and the the house was clean and welcoming. We received clear communications from the owner and it was perfect, the location is just a dream being a few minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants we attended. We have all said we would love to stay in this house again!
I am a very fussy person with high standards and could not fault a single thing with this property! I’d say the photos provided don’t do the property justice and looks amazing when you get there!

4 bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom w Shower. (Plus another powder room) VERY clean, well appointed and modern kitchen. Televisions in every bedroom as well. Rachel, the owner/hostess is fantastic and VERY attentive. Good suggestions on pubs & restaurants and other attractions. She provides a host of snacks & goodies like crisps, bread & jam, juice, milk, Scottish fudge & coffee etc. Also had 3 sets of keys as well as international charger converters. Centrally located and close to everything. Reasonably priced as well. Can’t say enough about this quality property!
We had wifi connection issues in the upstairs bedrooms but the main floor worked fine.

4 older lads on a golf tour .44 Abbey Street comprised of 4 double bedrooms and bathrooms and lounge and modern kitchen.We were out most of the time on the Links but watched the football in the house.Wonderful , great value and well located in town for bars and restaurants.Very good indeed and ideal for purpose.
