I have been at the property and staff are very friendly and room comfort is very nice and satisfying, it was a good stay and looking forward to book with them again

The only thing is the menu of the Buffett is always the same...thats the only disadvantage, overall its a very nice hotel and good security

The view, comfort, and facilities (pool, restaurants, spa)

The cleanliness of bed sheets needs enhancement, the hairdryer was dirty (sticky) and looks very worn out, the mini bar was empty.

The waitress and waiters are friendly and very kind and very lovely people.

The reception staff are inexperienced and lack coordination and not flexible at all. When we arrived to the hotel we were not allowed to use the internet wifi because the policy is to use Internet only for guests! How are we supposed to check to make sure our booking is correct! I counted almost 10 times coming down requesting to activate my card. We changed rooms twice because of the water leaking from the shower while the dryer was plugged in. It was rather very frustrating and extremely unpleasant. Room service doesn’t work, I need to come down to the reception and make sure that our request is done otherwise we can’t rely on the phone. The least that they could offer us in these situation a complimentary service for instance a 30 mins free massage as a goodwill gesture. The manager at the end offered us a free ride to the airport after being angry several times and being frustrating. We were planning to book again for a longer period of at least 2-3 months but we would never ever come back!

The breakfast is amazing here. The view is exceptionally beautiful.

Friendly people and a great atmosphere. Very comfortable and clean rooms and the view fantastic.

It would be nice to have more coffee, sugar, tea and some milk in the room. For 2 people in the room you only get 1 coffee each with no milk!
