Spickett Apt historique au centre-ville de Juneau.
Notre unité récemment rénovée de 1300 pieds carrés est réservée aux clients.
C'est un logement non-fumeur.
Equipé de Wifi et accès internet.
Cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout le confort de la maison. L'appartement dispose de 2 chambres.
Le maître a un lit king size et un dressing. Le second a un lit queen et un placard. Le canapé du salon se déplie en un lit double.
Après une longue journée de tourisme, prenez un bain relaxant dans votre propre baignoire sur pieds.
Télévision par câble dans le salon et une salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.
Blanchisserie à pièces disponible dans le bâtiment. Stationnement sur rue seulement. Vous êtes si proche de tout ce dont vous n'avez pas vraiment besoin d'une voiture.
À l'extérieur de la porte d'entrée, vous verrez l'église orthodoxe russe historique.
Accès facile aux sentiers de randonnée et de vélo à proximité.
À quelques pâtés de maisons de la rue, vous serez au cœur de Juneau avec
accès à réserver des visites guidées pour voir les glaciers, les ours, les baleines.
Visitez l'un de nos saumons locaux cuit la rivière Taku en hydravion. Ou asseyez-vous simplement sur le quai et dégustez du flétan et du saumon dans l'un des nombreux restaurants.
Montez à bord du tramway Mt Roberts et prenez une bière locale et une bouchée à manger tout en profitant de la vue à couper le souffle.
Et n'oubliez pas la pêche, le canotage, le kayak ainsi que les excursions en avion et en hélicoptère dans les champs de glace.
L'heure d'arrivée est normalement 15h00, bien que nous soyons flexibles si nous avons le temps de bien nettoyer après les précédents clients.
Le départ est à 10h00.

The stay was great. It felt like walking into my grandmas house. Which was like home. It was in a great location close to downtown! It was a great stay! I would stay there again! The communication was great! The check in and check out was super smooth!

What a wonderful place to stay for our conference. The location was perfect. Close to downtown and Centennial Hall. The apartment was well stocked. We had everything we needed. Would definitely return! I loved that there was a grocery store very close by.

This property has it all! Everything you need in kitchen and bathroom. Description is 100% correct! Walking distance (10 mins to downtown Juneau and Tram) really makes it so no car is needed and getting a taxi was super fast. I would recommend this historic apartment for your vacation. We will be back! Thank you to Heidi and Mike, our wonderful hosts!

The location was excellent and we could walk to all the activities with were interested in downtown. The place was very clean, quiet and spacious.

Very nice cozy place in historical downtown Juneau, with the grocery store nearby. The only minor discomfort came from the lack of the air-conditioning, mainly because the weather was unexpectedly nice and warm. Floor fan was doing a good job though, unfortunately there was only one of those and our kid ended up having it in her room.:)

My husband and I and another couple had the pleasure of staying at Heidi’s home and it was delightful!! Exceptionally clean, well appointed kitchen and a warm and comfortable home. Location to downtown was perfect, just a couple of blocks away, a slight hill down to town but very easy to manage! Thank you Heidi!! We will definitely seek you out again when we return!!

Very old property close to downtown. Lots of character. Close to everything. A short steep walk and you are in the middle of everything.Kitchen is really well set up. If you need a large bathroom this might not be your best.

The unit was located in an old building right in downtown - you can walk to everything from shopping to eating to museums and other places of interest! The unit was clean and welcoming, had tons of closet space, and even had a footed tub! It was very quiet, even with several other units in the building.

Clean comfortable beds, had all the amenities we needed and even some we didn’t realize we needed like shampoo and conditioner samples! Heidi answered all of my questions and concerns promptly. The location was great! No need to rent a car because it’s walking distance to great restaurants shops and excursions. Just be prepared to walk up some steep hills on your way back. Our excuse to order extra food! We will be back!

Photo of church across the street from place made it look like we were staying there instead of apartments across the street.
There was miscommunication listed that our stay was cancelled. Did not receive code to get in rental until a few minutes prior to arriving.
Heidi was apologetic and rental was prepared.

We had a great stay in Juneau. This apartment was in an ideal location for walking and hiking in Juneau. We did have a car for the second half of sour stay but it really wasn’t needed if you are just planning on visiting downtown and the hiking trails around there. We had friends and family that we wanted to see in the valley and out the road so we decided to rent a car. Heidi and Mike were great hosts. They were readily available to answer our questions. The place was clean and much bigger and more spacious than we anticipated. Six of us stayed here comfortably and the keypad entrance made it easy for all of us to go and do what we wanted with easy access back into the apartment whenever we returned. There was lots of everything provided for us. We were able to cook meals and even bake chicken okies to take to family. There were plenty in f blankets, towels, linen and paper products for us. Heidi provider coffee, tea and about every seasoning you could think of.. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

The location was great to be able to walk around downtown Juneau, but was also on a quiet street. The home is older with all that entails.

Loved this property. As a former resident of JNU, I really wanted our group to be walking distance to trails and shops and breweries and this rental's got it all. Heidi and Mike were so responsive, rental had everything we needed!

We stayed here a second time, because it is clean and central to downtown Juneau..This is a location that we would always recommend for families who wish to be able to cook meals in, and not eat out all the time.Communication with the property manager is quick and simple, thank you Heidi !!

Hi Heidi! Our stay at your place was comfy and enjoyable! I do have a couple suggestions for more convenience: a small waste basket in both bedrooms and tissues provided in the bathroom! We didn't know where to put the kitchen garbage? So, apologies for that. Accuracy of online listing: was confusing as we thought our place was the house next to church in the photo!! Then saw it was closed and condemned? Good we had the accurate physical address! Sorry we didn't have a chance to meet..........it was a VERY full week and most of time we were at Centennial Hall. Thanks for renting to our Salmon Berry Team and all the best to you and Mike!!
