The cabin was great. Very clean, everything needed for cooking. Extra towels and shears. Everything needed to make a home away from home. Lots to do in the area. Highly recommend

This was just what I needed. I live in a busy city and the noise and chaos can frazzle the nerves! This cabinoffered everything that I needed such as quietude, a beautiful view and comfort! I hope to come back again in the fall!

This is a great property. The views are amazing and was very peaceful and relaxing. The layout is great for families with enough space to spread out. We will look to rent this property again.

Exactly what I needed. The cabin is secluded but a 15 minute drive from fast food and a grocery store. Perfect size - great fireplace, well stocked kitchen, and the cleanest property I've stayed in. Drove to great hiking trails, sat on the deck to admire the view, and rested! Thank you!

We love the view and our dog loves the woods and ability to hike there as do we. We enjoyed the fireplace immensely. Our experience has always been positive going there.

This place is beautiful. It is so peaceful you don't even want to leave. The view the serenity of the mountains everything. It was a great disconnect from it all and a great way to recharge batteries. My in-laws came with us from Puerto Rico and fell in love with everything also. Linda was great too she answered any questions we had. Thank you for lending us your beautiful place. We will definitely return if you'll have us.

Had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It’s secluded while at the same time conveniently located. It had all the touches to make you feel right at home and comfortable. Everything was well stocked and spotless. We enjoyed walking up hillside in back and sitting on back porch. It was a different view each morning of the mountains out back, beautiful! This home is well cared for and we’re thankful Linda shared it with us. Hope to return again.

Loved the secluded location.

Everything was actually better then described. The photos don't do it justice. Very clean, fully stocked with the essentials. Host always answered the phone with answers to our questions. We loved the location of the property. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Beautiful mountain views and dog friendly. The only downfall was we could not work the fireplace using the explicit instructions.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this perfect getaway. We loved everything about the cabin. Easy to access, close to all the places we wanted to go. (Loved Crane Creek Vineyards close by) The cabin is roomy with 2 master bedrooms/baths, perfect size kitchen and awesome living room. Enjoyed looking out at mountain views (being Nov. all the leaves had fallen from trees provided views) while grabbing a snack in the kitchen or warming up by the cozy/beautiful fireplace. The furniture and beds were comfy and everything was fully stocked for a pleasant trip. And my Lab loved roaming freely on the sealed off deck. Loved this home and will request to rent it again in the future.

The unit was comfortable and met most of our expectations. However, there were a few issues. First, it desperately needs new skillets. The current ones have lost their Teflon coating and everything sticks to them. Also, the rug needs cleaning. There is a foul odor coming from the large dark green trash can that needs to be checked out. We used the grey one instead. There is one major safety issue. The placement of the stairs going to the lower level is simply very dangerous. A "dog" gate is provided but it would be all too easy for adults or children to lose their balance when passing by the stairwell and then... Having offered the above critique, we nonetheless were overall satisfied with the facility.

Cozy and great location. This cabin is very clean with great views. It has split bedrooms with a great room with 2 sliding glass doors that face the mountain view. Secluded but still near restaurants and activities in Young Harris Hiawassee Lake Chatuge and Blairsville The owner is very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely be returning.

There is no place in this review to attach pics. If I could, I would show the vast difference between the picture shown as the view in the VRBO listing and the real view. Due to growth of trees, the view was NOTHING like that portrayed in the listing. You can see a little bit of mountain, but it is mostly trees. Since the PRIMARY reason we booked this cabin was for the view, you can imagine our disappointment. The only other issue was that the remote batteries had died and the owner didn't leave extra batteries in a drawer somewhere (there were batteries, just the wrong size). Thus, we had to forgo tv until we purchased batteries. Very inconvenient. Now the good stuff - found the cabin to be charming and we liked the location. It was clean, nice size kitchen with everything working except the red filter light which meant no one has changed the filter to get filtered water out of the refrigerator. We purchased water instead. Beds were comfortable. Place is cozy and not too big or small. Check in and out were perfect with terrific directions. The owner was responsive in replying to our messages. The price paid was fair given all of the above. I would stay again but only if the view was what was depicted in the listing. This house was just what we needed for a long weekend in the mountains. It was easy to find (with the host’s excellent directions), convenient to area attractions, clean and comfortable, and had an excellent mountain view on the large back deck.

This cabin was great for a quiet getaway. The location and view were wonderful. The cabin was well stocked, and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our walks with our dogs, and coffee on the deck. We would certainly consider coming back again.
