Het uitzicht en de ligging is fantastisch. Het is een ruim appartement, alles is zeer goed!
De hygiëne :(. Het is de 3de keer dat ik hier kom… maar de hygiëne blijft echt niet goed. Je krijgt niet het gevoel dat het hier proper is. Servies was niet proper, ik deed het afwasmachine open… stond wat water en etensresten in… er lagen juwelen van de vorige bezoeker nog in de badkamer, dus niet opgemerkt dat deze er lagen… met andere woorden dus ook niet gepoetst?

locatie en indeling van het ruime appartement. Uitzicht is adembenedemd. locatie is vlak op de dijk, je wandelt zo de pier op.

L’appartement était bien super équipé, propre et la vue sur la mer splendide 👍
Bien situé et parking juste devant l’entrée de l’immeuble.
Bien sûre nous sommes hors saison donc vous savez vous garer presque partout.
Allez si je dois trouver un petit point négatif.
La literie pas au top et mérite d’être renouvelé.

Location very good.
Not hot water. (No one informed us about the replacement of the entire installation) The sofa in the living room is broken and smells bad. The apartment is recommended for 6 people, but it was impossible to sleep comfortably in it (if you can call it sleep). Coffee maker not working. Broken curtain in the living room. Hole in the bathroom door. Difficult to open the exit to the balcony. Broken furniture. The lamps don't work.

Location was best as the apartment was beach facing. A great view to enjoy sunset from your drawing room itself.
The balcony was locked or if not, we were not able to open the door to enjoy it. There were clothes in the dryer when we reached the apartment. The WiFi password was so illegible that I messaged the property through Booking.com but owner/caretaker never bothered to reply. We somehow figured the password by doing hit and trials and were only able to log in after a day. Furniture is quite old and barely functions. Also, to make everything worse, the lift didn't work and we have to carry strollers by very narrow stairs up to the 4th floor.

The apartment is nice. We were there for two days and everything was ok. It is easy to found, with beautiful view and big living room.
Windows was dirty. I came here and paid for the view that i bearly saw.
Also the wind blow from them. There are other little things that need some repair or renovation, bur its okay.

- spacious living room, with cozy decorations
- check-in well arranged
- Old bathroom with almost no lighting
- broken toilet seat - owner should be embarrassed for not fixing this for months
- Access to the terrace are 2 glass windows on rails: poor isolation and is something like this allowed?
- kitchen: basic tools, moldy Senseo … we did not dare to use it.
- Couch in the living room has dirty spots, so they covered it with blankets

Location and sight.
Some details were not working 100% as they should, like the ring of the toilet that was broken and the curtains but besides that was perfect.

The house look nice with good furniture.
The toilet seat is from wood and its peals off and not really nice. The dishwasher was still with dirty dishes, and the water kettle was very dirty.

Location is amazing, view from the window and a size of the apartment is top.
We've stayed here for the third time and few things could be improved: the kettle is broken (does not switch off), there was a missing curtain in the living room, broken light in the bathroom, very thin curtains in one of the bedrooms (light woke up my son in the AM), no corkscrew. The bathroom needs a bit of a renovation, the shower door does not close properly which is an easy way to flood the floor during shower. Check out is a a bit early. Very hard to find a parking place.

Great balcony views, spacious, bright and comfortable apartment for a couple. Dog friendly ! Parking is possible right in front of the apartment but for a fee.
There was no cork screw, some of the plates were dirty, underneath the sofa there was food my dog spotted (...) and the instructions didn’t mention which of the two apartments on the fourth floor we were renting : the one on the left? Or the one on the right as you come out of the lift? They should be more accurate to avoid trying to get into the wrong apartment and disturb someone!
