The condo was overall okay. The cleaning company could do a little better job. There needs to be more linens as far as wash cloths and hand towels. When we arrived Friday the elevator was working just fine. By Saturday morning when we were leaving the elevator had broke and we had to walk down four flights of stairs which was a problem for my mom and aunt. They made it but was difficult with their health issues. The elevator never was fixed. This would have been a real problem if someone had been in a wheelchair or had a broken foot/leg or whatever. The condo is in a great location. Owner had great communication back and forth.

The condo is lakeside with great views of the lake and a slip for the boat. Pros: for 6 adults, one 6yr old we had plenty of room, a/c worked well, good table in the dining area, great deck with add'l table, good grill, good furnishings & seating, nice front door combo lock, good linens. Cons: cleaning is shaky as we cleaned the kitchen/dining are floor so we could walk barefoot, if we had not everyone's feet were getting black. Some dishes that were put away had to be cleaned (yolk) as the dishwasher couldn't get the soil on the dishes. Understandable maintenance with a toilet and the elevator to the 4th floor did not work for 3 days which made check-out tougher carrying suitcases and bags down to the car. We got some exercise those last few days as you walk up from the lake. The cons did not keep us from having a wonderful vacation.

Great location quiet part of the lake!

Overall it was great! However the wifi and tv didn't work (we wanted to watch some sports but not). The toilet handle broke and the maintenance fixed in a couple days. The towels were stained and had rips in them but no biggie. I would still give it a 8 out 10 experience.

Property was clean and had all the essentials but we did have trouble with Wi-Fi/ internet connection. Other than that we had a good experience

A couple of families rented this property for a long weekend getaway. Overall, this property is great! The location couldn't be better and there was plenty of space. The views were wonderful (as was the space on the patio) and the community pool was enjoyed by our group. My only suggestion would be for the owner to consider a new cleaning crew. Wasn't terrible but could be better. Also, I realize this is a rental property but investing in a few replacements such as better towels, etc. would go a long way.

The condo is pretty big and can sleep a lot of people. Only downfall was the cleanliness. Also, be careful. 2 people in my group hit their heads on the concrete countertop since the sectional is sitting underneath a part of it. Overall, would book again.

Condo is nice as advertised, had to wait when we arrived to check in because owner didn't send details when he said he would. Owner didn't communicate parking arrangements well and then fined us when we parked in spots next to Condo.

The condo was nice size for the 8 adults in our party. The boat slip was a bit of a hike for one in our group who has foot problems but otherwise things went very well!

The condo was the perfect size for our bachelorette party group. The condo could use a little TLC, but was good for our purpose.

We stayed here in July 2021 and everything was great. Plenty of space for 6 of us in the unit and the views of the water with the state park across from us were great. The condo was very clean and exactly as the pictures show. Would highly recommend!

Our group of friends stayed for the weekend for a fun little weekend getaway. The boat slip was easy to access and the boat launch at the state park was close by. Condo was really nice and the listing was accurate. The deck has a really nice view and table/chairs to use. Spreading out your showers will help the water heater keep up. We recommend staying here!

Overall we were satisfied with the rental. However, the wi-fi was spotty and unreliable and only have cable/satellite in the main room wasn't ideal. We would rent here again if these few things were upgraded.

Very Clean abs great location

The check in and communication with the property owner was extremely easy. The cleanliness could have been a little better - water bottles were left on tv stands, some food in the freezer. But overall, a great week away.

There was plenty of room, great view, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Very accurate listing. Would go back for sure!

Overall it was an awesome stay. Great location. Very close to the outlet, which we loved. The condo was very nice and spacious for my family of 6. Will definitely stay again.
