Im Internet als 5 Sterne-Hotel präsentiert - es sind maximal 3 Sterne (abgewohnte Einrichtung, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel) der Preis ist zu hoch für das was man bekommt Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich und um 9:30 Uhr gibt es nicht mehr alles Im Internet steht, dass es ein Restaurant gibt - das ist nicht mehr so

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are very accommodating, not to mention the location is great—close to the center yet quiet and peaceful.

Location was away from the main part of town. Not walkable and very limited in services nearby. (Smoothie stand across the street is really good!) It is a short TukTuk drive to the main street. WiFi was not great. Was traveling with my teenage kids - both bathroom and shower had frosted doors right off the bedroom - no privacy. We had to do rotations of leaving the room for showers. Beds were hard as rocks - very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Staff are friendly and the menu breakfast was much better than the buffet.

Bed is hard as a rock, would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. The restaurant is only available for breakfast, no lunch or dinner available. The bar is also not available. The buffet breakfast had stale bread as it’s clearly put out more than one day. When the buffet was t available due to lack of guests the breakfast was awesome as it was made to order. The room furniture is dirty and paint is chipping everywhere, cracks everywhere and just needs some care and a revamp or a new paint job.

it is on a off street. the location was very quiet and felt secure. the people at hotel succeeded at making me feel welcomed and that I was more than a guest.

Very friendly staff - organised our temple tour, helped with a lost wallet. The room was a decent size, quiet and clean. Nice salt chlorinated pool.

Poor selection of TV channels, no body wash in the shower, breakfast menu was limited, very bad fitness centre

Really nice hotel, I had lot of fun there and also relaxed, will definitely come again.

it was clean and modern with a fantastic pool. staff were attentive and the breakfast was a winner for 3 dollars. all in all, would highly recommend. massage was amazing the driver was very friendly

Spacious room with clean design, balcony, quiet area, lovely swimming pool, decent breakfast, friendly staff.

The wifi was not very good, sometimes regular speed, sometimes very very slow., the shower doesn't have a border on the floor and the drain doesn't work well so anything longer than a couple minutes in it and the bathroom floor will be covered in water so no chance for long showers, which is really needed after a full day walking in the heat (38C).

Lovely, helpful reception staff. Rooms were big, modern with good lighting and came with a balcony.

Don't look as nice as the advertised pictures, bathroom smelled a bit, lobby was just a sofa and chairs with a couple of books thrown in. Gym was very small and with some old equipment.

Spacious and well-designed room. Staff is courteous, helpful and English-speaking. Brekkie is very satisfying. Location is in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes walk to the city center. There is airport shuttle available. Likewise, it was good to have a private vehicle for the Angkor Archeological Park exploration. The driver, Peter, is nice and accommodating.

Nice rooms, good location in Wat Bo so out of the party area but a close walk, good surrounding bars and restaurants.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit low but we were on the 4th floor, wasn’t bad but could have been better
