No breakfast was requested

The bathroom for the pool was very dirty. The room bathroom was clogged and the water ran out too..

The toilet is to small, almost broke my finger turning around.

The pool was like heaven, the room was really nice and cosy, the grocery across the road was really good,

I was told that they were going to clean on the 22nd and no one cleaned the room, I had to buy my own toilet paper too.

They need to pay more attention to the cleaning off the rooms,

Only good thing about Violas Place is ummm nothing!

It's run down, over price and staff is not knowledgeable about the hotel and the surroundings, just pathetic. I will never returned there. I booked a Executive room and if that is executive I don't want to see the regular rooms. I contacted the Manager a woman via phone told her what I'm experiencing and she just couldn't be bothered.

you can't cook inside with the apartment door closed, i would recommend a range for the heat from the stove and the stove is a waste of time, it needs to be updated and also microwave needs to be thrown out and updated, we are in 2022 not 1980s no ice trays in the freezer! the bed mattress is not firm, the bed constantly moves away from the wall when you sit or lay on it, there is no headboard.

Nice pool. Room was very vintage and space was cozy enough.

Price was a bit to high for the location and the view off the highway and no breakfast offered. Channels offered in cable tv needs updating. There should have been a smart tv to watch youtube videos etc, especially for the price paid.

Breakfast wasn't offered to us but we found out that if we made the request it would of been done but the location was great.

I would just say that the price I checked out for the time increased more than expected when I took another couple nights but tge place was great

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable & room service was available on request without extra cost.

The air condition unit in my room stopped working and I was given another room for the rest of my stay, but the hot water in the shower in the second room was not working well.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Too close to the road and not enough privacy!
