Didn't have WiFi

Just got home from another visit to Santa Margherita having stayed at house al Porto for a four night break with two girl friends . We very very pleased to find a three bedroom apartment so we all had our own bedroom . There was an extra charge of ten euros per person for towels and bed sheets which we didn’t mind paying. However when we arrived the host who spoke very little English pointed to our towels and sheets and went through the rules the best way he could . I must also say our train had been cancelled from Pisa which made us an hour later than expected , and marcello waited for us to which we were most grateful . When he left and we took our sheets we realised he only left sheets for double bed and one single bed . He presumed two would be sleeping in double and third guest in single . I did point out in an e- mail that we would need bedding for three bedrooms . We phoned the next day to ask for extra sheets that we had paid for but he wasn’t able two send for another day so we had two days sharing a set of double sheets . One charge we weren’t happy with was the 100 euros cleaning charge. We usually pay 50 euros for cleaning and thought this was because of three bedrooms whereas we normally have two bedrooms . The reason why we weren’t happy was because the apartment wasn’t as clean as it should have been . The kettle was covered in greasy splashes , glasses and crockery was dirty , the bedspread has white marks over it ( don’t want to think what that could have been ) so that went straight into the wardrobe . The cutlery needed looking at as there was only three knives lots of forks spoons miss matched chipped plates . To be honest a good sort out is needed and stock looks like it hadn’t been checked for a while . I think that probably should be down to the cleaning person . I only say these things as we have stayed in a lovely appartment splendid two times before and that was perfect . But dates not available this time . On a much more positive note...
