It is clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Host is very kind.
The bathroom is a little bit small.

Good location. 5 minutes to the beach, wich was not too good, but it's not depends on the hotel 😀 Good bakery 2 minutes. Downstairs has shared places to sit, eat, barbecue....
Some of the utilities are very used, they have to be changed and renovated, by my opinion. The room was not cleaned for 5 days stay. I had to ask for garbage bags to throw the garbage.
But even that, I think the apartment is good value for the price.

Everything was super, Christos and all of the staff were very nice and helpful. Our daughter loved the kids playroom and it was a big plus for us. The beach is nearby and the town is nice and not so busy. Perfect stay and vacation for our family. Thanx to all of you at Dionisos Elia! This is a place to stay and make wonderful memories! Highly recommend, especially for families!
The net on the ground floor is a bit slow. Other than that everything was super!

Excellent location, literally 2-3 minutes from the beach. Very clean, very tastefully decorated, equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
Overall, for those who are looking forward to chilling and resting in a quiet and peaceful place,Dionysos Elia and Paralia Dionysiou can be a good choice.
I would like to mention-may be useful for someone-that there’s no cash withdrawal machine in the village. The closest opportunity would be Moudania( 5 minutes by car).

A very clean place with a perfect location and friendly staff. There's an amazing bakery nearby, a pharmacy, a tavern, and multiple beach bars very close. There's also enough parking spots around the building for everyone. We definitely recommend it!

I absolutely LOVED my stay and the location. We were walking distance from everything around us, the beach, the restaurants, markets and bakeries. The accommodation's lounge on the ground floor was an absolute bliss to spend time in. The food was delicious and so much choice and not to forget the sunset (and moonrise)
The mosquito's, although I used antiperspirants it didn't help haha

Very clean, comfortable, apartment was big and nicely decorated. It looks new, it is impeccably clean and has a large balcony. There are many facilities in the property such as a ping pong table, mini football and a lot of stuff for kids to play with. There is a good yard with many tables and a barbecue.
Soundproofing could be better, especially from the hallway and the outdoors.

The apartment is with everything you need, the bed is very comfortable and there are free parking places in front of the building.
It was really noisy... Cars passing to the street, people and children from other rooms. We didn't sleep well during the nights...

Very nice place, silent with comfortable bed and quilt just for the cold weather.
There was a smell of a smoke I think coming from the filters of the air conditioner. Also the air conditioner was very noisy. In the winter maybe better a small electrical heater.
