The mini fridge in the room was full of food

The accommodation was ~20mins walk from the place I checked in, it was super inconvenient to carry a large luggage with me to walk that far, and I was not informed beforehand and it was definitely a shock when I checked in.

the modern atmosphere, bathroom was pearly and nice on the eyes. clean room, and the coffee machine was a plus!

the front curtain was fragile, it fell off as soon as we attempted to draw them down

Location & parking

We will not stay at this property again. We booked months in advance, 2 adults and a baby, we were given the one apartment that was on the road side with a tram passing by directly out the front of the 2 bedrooms. There was only another 2-3 cars in the accommodation the whole time so it was clear it was not full. A tram passing by every 3 minutes throughout the whole night waking us and our baby none of us got any sleep. The room smelt from the minute we arrived. The photos on booking.com are definitely not what the property looks like. The sink doesn’t hold water to do dishes. We could hear others in rooms next to us all night. We were told parking was included, then when we checked in had to pay an additional charge. This is way over priced for a tiny little apartment that you get no sleep in and nothing works. Will not be back.

The room was cozy and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Location is great with the beach promenade around the corner, and tram and bus stop virtually in front of the property. It also comes with secure car parking and the airconditioning worked vey well.

Better snack options. The sandwich in the fridge looked a bit sad, and a few more coffee pods would be helpful, but overall it was fine.

the fact that it is there policy to hold the bond on your credit card for 7 to 10 days after your departure i will not be staying there again there again it is a scam

We only stayed overnight, but the bed was very comfortable. The coffee was awesome, and the food left in the freezer was what we needed when we got back.

Just the stairs up to our room. But everything else was perfect.

Great location for Albert Park facilities & also a short walk/drive to the ocean. Room was nice and looked as though not long since being updated. We only stayed one night, but room had everything you needed to cook & clean & stay a bit longer if required. Coffee machine, cook top, microwave, kettle, vacuum. Beds were ok. Updated bathroom with a waterfall shower head was lovely.

Limited car parking with first in best dressed made it more difficult that it needed to be. Annoying having to visit a sister property to collect key card. Sofa bed was awful. Air conditioning froze over during the night so had to be turned off. $300 bond is also a bit over the top.

Location

Rooms were dark with little natural light, smelled like smoke slightly and were quite run down. Skirtings falling off walls etc.
