We arrived at 2 pm (as per the agreed check-in time). However, we could not check in as the room was not ready. I contacted the owner and he apologises but said there is nothing he can do. He promised we will have the room at 2:45 pm. We were only able to get into the room at 3:45 pm and then there were still cleaners. The room was 80% clean, but not made up, all the bed covers (as per their advertising photos) were in the wardrobes. We stayed in units 23/477,23/478, they are on the 21st floor. We were 5 adults and we booked it as this property had 4 rooms. However, the one room we could not use as there was no duvet cover over the duvet and I informed the owner immediately, but no reply. So my boys (15 & 21) had to share. We arrived on Monday 31st Dec, no drinking water in the facility and no shower gel or shampoo. I had to go to the SevenEleven to stock up. There was 1 towel given to each. We made breakfast every morning as the property is not convenient to go out (you cannot walk, must take a taxi). We also cleaned-up every day as no one ever came to clean. After 3 days I asked the reception (which are very unhelpful) if we can get fresh towels and do they clean the place? They said they will send someone but we did not receive any clean towels and nothing was done. Plus, the duvet cover was still not on. This carried on the entire time, we asked every morning. On Saturday morning (day 5) I asked again and was not happy, they called the owner and I spoke to him. I then realised why it is a mess... well that evening when we got back (by the way we left on Sunday) there were fresh towels, and water and soap, but still no duvet cover. All a little too late We paid B72,000 for the 6 nights... but the service was shocking. The overall place is very very poor quality. The people living in the other units are very bad, the rooms are open and it is so messy and dirty with food and boxes lying on the floor etc.

The apartment was spacisous and comforatble for the family.

The apartment did not have internet access and it took time to have it set up.
