Location great. Good breakfast and specifically catered for my gluten free requirements.
The 24 hour reception was rarely manned. A fridge I. The room would improve the facilities and for this sort of priced hotel, would be expected.

Room was very clean and tidy. The shower was great. A great location for visitors wanting to explore the city of Beziers.
The breakfast room was a little cramped and when we arrived some of the selections were gone - replaced later once we'd finished.
The Air conditioning was effective but a little noisy.

Great location and room very confortable.
The breakfast needs to be improved, poor choice and the cafe room was freezing cold. The hotel also needs to replace single use plastics in the room, mineral water and bathroom amenities should be eco friendly.

The location is perfect, right in the centre of the town. It was also easy to access the locks from the hotel.

Perfect for what we wanted
Noise from other rooms no soundproofing rooms rather stuff with windows shut but too noisy with windows open.Curtains were made of net so light all night

Wifi was bad. Kept dropping out. Poor reception.

Everything was perfect. To say something, as Parking is difficult around and the private offer is expensive, would be fantastic some price advantatge or discount for guests.

Nice central hotel with decent rooms.
I politely mailed to see if there was any chance the room would be free before the official 3 pm check in time.
Baptiste replied not only that the room
Would not be available earlier, but he also decided that the room would only be available at 4 pm, and not 3 pm, (3 pm is the time stated on the booking agreement and indeed on their front desk). It’s like a waiter taking a handful of chips from your plate😳. Just to be clear Baptiste; when booking a room at a hotel, you are buying time in that hotel. If you try to take an hour of that time away from a customer, it really is neither professional nor decent.

Amazing location, just in the center of the city, couldn't find better. The rooms was clean, big and comfortable.
The breakfast was a little short of expectations. If you want milk you will not find, you must ask. At 09:00 there was no more yogurt. I am sure they can do better.

Perfectly located in the center, underground public parking facility very convenient, room very quiet, modern, bright and clean. Staff very friendly - would recommend to anyone!
