Nice Pool, nice location, but there is not much around, you need a car to get anywhere.

the condo has Security, cameras, but still some gardeners wanted to steal our baby strawller which was left behind locked door on the first floor, so keep your things inside apartment all the time….

Oven not working and one Ac unit in a bedroom not fully functional

Enjoyed the whole condo. Was clean and spacious. Decorated very nice. Had everything we needed during our stay.

Lovely spacious apartment with all amenities we could need. The main contact was also really helpful via WhatsApp - as it's an apartment, there are no staff on site except cleaners but the arrival instructions are detailed! Also pretty easy to get a taxi straight outside but taxis are SUPER expensive so we mostly walked everywhere.

I thought I'd booked a pool view room but the only way you could see the pool was through the front door on to outside corridor which had no furniture on it. Also, note that in our complex, the sun only hits the pool loungers for a couple of hours a day so not really a place to lounge by the pool for a day.

- spacy & good equiped apartment (big TV, internet, washing machine with dryer, kitchen fully equiped) - confortable bathroom with shower - balcony & pool in condo was ok - almost quiet location (there is sometimes party at rooftop in neighborhoods) - Aldea Zama is in the middle between town and beaches - concierge (Mariano) is very helpful and good communicative - whole condo is very clean and keeped

- photos at booking are very confused, there are about 50 photos in gallery, but only few are exact from this property - there are also photos from rooftop patio, but it’s not directly situated to aparment, and also it’s not in best condition at all - bed in bedroom is small for 2 european standard sized adults (140cm with), even with child

The appartement it self is fine, with a nice few of the jungle the airco is good. Best is though, that we never ever have to come back here again.

Soon after booking I knew I made a mistake. First you should know this all done through some 3rd party, you will never meet or be able to talk to the hosts. We went on vacation to relax, this was far from and they made us pay 200 USD extra on top of the overpriced stay. This is a hustle, be warned. First they make you send in lots of annoying questions, you need to use an app to send your ID and selfies etc. which we refused as it can lead to identity theft. When you get there you get a long preach about all the things you can't do. They told my wife she needs to remove make-up before going to bed and all weird things. Very uncomfortable. Next they made us pay a 500 USD deposit (for a 4 day stay). Next we needed to be 5 USD/night for a baby cod, I have never ever have to do this. There have huge glass lamps on small tables, our baby broke one. We cleaned it so our baby did not have to crawl trough the glass, after they told us we should have left the glass on the floor (?). Next they started coming up with all lies why they wanted to keep all of our deposit. In the end they charged us 200 USD for a broken lamp. Such a scam. Oh finally there is nothing in the neighborhood from the apartment in walking distance, you need always a car. And there are many stairs to take up to the apartment. You will find others that are friendly to you, this was the worst experience we had in our stay in Mexcio. Sad.

We stay here when in tulum. It’s close to the beach and tulum night life. Very quiet location and super clean.

No elevator

Beautiful place, jacuzzi is not connected to room you have to walk upstairs. Huge condo with guarded entry. Maintenance comes very fast, check doors as soon as you arrive our patio door didn’t lock properly but it was an easy fix. Host was extremely helpful and responsive.

Soap provided smells like mildew imo, no elevator so you will have to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor.
