Host was willing to assist and the location is within the city near the airport.

Did not like being asked to pay immediately on arrival even before being booked in the room. I had to explain myself profusely before being allowed to check in. If this is a requirement then this has to be stated on the website so that clients come prepared.

Close to the airport, 15 minutes walk. Welcoming host.

Noisy neighbors - construction work during the day, and loud music in the evening and at night. Room 101 was missing a kettle, foot mat and shower curtain.

The owner and staff were exceptional. They were always at hand to answer our questions and to help us in anyway they could. I would definitely recommend staying here as we felt very welcome.

I love everything about this place for example all employees are freindly. The manager nice guy at my last day of travelling, he told his employee to help me with my luggage upto taxis, beside that he is very freindly, i admire him more

To be honest, i don't have anything i didnt like, i recommend everybody to try this place. I live usa more than 10 years, every year i go Ethiopia from my experience this the best hotel i have ever, for this i respect the manager, he oriented his employee very well.

I actually ended up staying in Cheers B&B twice because on my way back home I was unable to deposit my luggage in the Bole airport during a 12-hour layover. A no-frills hotel, it has all the necessary amenities and, being located less than a kilometre away from the airport, is perfect for transit travelers. Next to it are several eateries, including Cheers Burger with truly delicious burgers. The owner speaks fluent English.

The area around the hotel looks a bit unpresentable.

Very good location, close to the international and domestic airport with bars and restaurants next to the guesthouse. I've spent 3 nights and the rooms were clean and confortable with good shower and hot water!! Wifi is available. Also the owner is really nice and easy. The last day, he drove me to the international airport for free :)
