The house is well equipped, comfortable, pleasant quiet and closed environment near the beach. There is a cafe with great coffee on the corner and a shop right next door.

Very close to the beach. Public transport nearby. There is actually a direct bus from the airport (as we learned while we were there). There's a grocery shop near by, and more shops in a walking distance. There are restaurants also in walking distance. The air conditioners have done a good job :)

Not very important, but there were no international TV channels.

The house was in ok shape, and clean. Location superb. The owner (administrator?) was helpful with various questions. Cute with the cats walking around outside. Washing machine, bathroom and kitchen worked. Terrace recently fixed, ok shape.

Extremely cold house, it should have been pre-heated. Day-temperatures outside were 15C, but it took us 3 days to work out how to use the heaters (cram it all the way up all day, then turn off at night for the noise). The house has not been redecorated for a decade or two, so it was difficult to make it look clean in the corners. But it was clean.

Very nice, clean and comfortable place. It was november, so there was not too much of tourists. Location is great: 5 minutes lazy walk to nearest beach; a lot of restaurants, caffes nearby; next to entrance to closed village there is food shop, where you can buy fruits and food, if you want to cook by yourselves. Inside of the house there is small kitchen with all necessary equipment, great patio to get cup of coffe in the morning :) Vasilis, the administarator, was really hostfull and helpfull: he provided a lot of information before we arrived and helped during our stay. We are family of 5 with little children, and kids were exited with their time there :). Available tennis court, if you like. Free parking on closed territory.

Nice cosy house on the beachfront with all amenities around plus a tennis court! Great, quiet location to stay, relax and enjoy in any season. Super value for money, and a super nice and polite host. Strongly recommended 😊
