The hosts were always available. Everything as described. Attention to detail was so thoughtful, from spare toothbrushes to milk in the fridge. We had such a lovely stay at Dene Hollow and will be sure to recommend to friends and family.

That we had to leave to go home, it was fabulous.

We liked there everything, the villa was so clean, comfy beds, lovely and very caring hosts. There was tea, coffee, juices, water, cookies and another small things to feel welcome. We felt like home, the hosts took care of us by taking to supermarket on arrival day, they ordered very tasty dinner one evening and for one of breakfast fresh bakery. If we had any question we were abele to text and ask them on WhatsApp. The villa is easy reachable by taxi (we got phone number from hosts) every time when we needed taxi we just called. Wolt app works for food delivery (quick and easy). Would go back with no doubt.

The property is amazing, it’s beautifully decorated with a luxurious yet authentic feel. it’s light and airy with air conditioning in every room. There is a TV in every room with Netflix etc and wifi throughout. The owners are so friendly and hospitable; when I arrived they had literally thought of everything, coffee/tea, snacks, toothpaste/brushes, water even beer and wine was all provided! They even got us a takeaway. we will definitely stay again.

We were traveling as a group of seven people: four adults, two teenagers and one child. Our hosts, Michael and Arzy, contacted us in beforehead and provided with all necesarry information. We arrived in the morning and were met by our host in the airport. This was a huge support, especially when traveling with kids. The house itself is located in a quite place. Michael and Arzy were very attentive and supportive. They offered to drive us to the supermarket as soon as we needed. Michael was very kind to buy a sim card for us. We were surprised to see fridge full of cold drinks and fresh juices as a present from the hosts. The house is equipped very well, we found everything we needed. The space (inside ans outside) was more than enough for us, one bedroom was left unoccupied, even when we did not go out, we had great time in the house: swimming in the pool (it was cleaned every morning), using hot tube, making BBQ, watching movies (TV screen is huge). Kids were having great time feeding cats who visited us. Michael and Arzy did everything to make our stay a wonderful experience. At the end of it they even ordered a traditional dinner for our family. We would definetly recommend the location and woiud be glad to visit it again.

The Villa is very spacious with a beautiful pool. The hosts were incredibly kind and helped us with restaurant and fantastic beach recommendations as well as making sure the fridge was full of fresh juices. We’d highly recommend this villa and hope to be back soon!

Pool and jacuzzi serviced and cleaned twice a week, hosts provide us fresh squized local juices, advices about places to visit and nearly shops/restaurants and places to see on the whole island. Comfortable beds and fully air conditioned rooms - great stay either with friends or family. Peaceful location

The hospitality has exceed our expectations: Snacks, drinks, coffee, personal hygiene products, homemade juices (my daughter's favourite was strawberry juice), toys for my kids are just some examples of what Michael has offered us. The house is wonderful and comfortable. Very large and super-clean outdoor area, with an amazing barbecue setup. Michael is by far the best owner I have met so far. Thank you for making us feel like home 🧡

We could not fault our stay in this beautiful villa. Hosts were extremely helpful in every aspect of our holiday especially before we even arrived when I was stressing over potential flight cancellations and strikes. All the basics were provided along with a fridge well stocked, lots of edible treats, laundry products etc. The hosts also provided a variety of freshly squeezed juices each week. The pool and garden are huge with plenty of loungers. The jacuzzi was a lovely edition. Both a charcoal and gas bbq are provided. The short walk to the beach was easy to do even in the heat of July where there are some lovely restaurants. Plenty of supermarkets within a 10 minute car ride. We didn’t want to leave and would love to return in the future. Everything has been thought about to ensure a luxurious holiday is had. Thank you Michael & Arzy.

Beautiful home with everything needed to make it a home from home. The outdoor space is great and as roomy as it looks in the pictures with the hot tub being a magic touch. 7 adults could laze around the pool all day without it feeling crowded and the coffee machine well appreciated.

There are so many obvious big points to make , the pool the size of the garden, the size of the villa the size of all the rooms, but the points people sometimes overlook or don’t notice when they are not there make the biggest difference sometimes…from a cupboard full of chargers/adapters/extension cables/tourches/ pens/paper/matches/candles - these were all there - everything you have at home was there! it’s great when you arrive at a place and the fridge is stocked , however this was a different level with the fridge FULLY stocked with water, beers, fruit, snacks you name it!!! also tea, coffee, milk, sugar, honey, condiments!!! The amount of sunbeds, garden furniture etc etc meant you could sit and relax in a different part of the garden all day everyday- the outside kitchen - WOW. I challenge anyone to beat that. As hosts - the management / owners Thought of everything and couldn’t do enough for us- We can’t wait to come back and have asked to put on any “cancellation” list that May exist and woudnt hesitate to fly out as soon as we can! A massive well done and a massive thank you!

Plenty of space for our party of 6.5 people with lots of things to do within the property if you decide to stay in come rain or shine (note the swimming pool is not heated but the recently installed hot tub makes up for this during the cooler months). The hosts went above and beyond meeting us upon our arrival and provided us with lots of recommendations and advice around the area throughout our stay. A car hire is a must to see Cyprus properly but the villa's location is perfect. Quietly situated away from the touristy beachfront and only a 5 minute drive to Oroklini's high street (supermarket & 24/7 bakery!), the beachfront restaurants and highway (for expeditions farther away).

Our only gripe was the nearby beach's (10 mins walk) sand isn't the perfect soft golden type.

It was self catering everything in the villa you needed. TV downstairs and in each bedroom. Swimming pool clean and also a hot tub. Host left drinks in fridge also snacks and some chocolate Easter eggs. We would definitely stay there again.

The pool was beautiful and it was big and the host was very nice.

Spacious well-equipped villa with heaps of useful stuff for kids eg bike/buggy, scooter, baby bath. Short walk to a beach which was great for a paddle. Easy walk to see flamingoes (time of year dependent I believe but there were loads in December) and a kids playground just down the road. Well situated for visiting other parts of the Island too

If you follow my recommendations (☺️) I love to spoil myself with high end places and this is a definite one! Villa was p-e-r-f-e-c-t. It had everything one needs to feel comfortable in one's house, the hosts were super nice, really, like extra ordinary nice and cool. Villa came equipped with water, coffee, beer, snacks, milk and.. well.. you get the point. Pool was clean, yard was just beautiful and calming to be in, down to the details. The house is easy to get to and it's quiet around. Would most certainly come back again. Really a rare find. 10 out of 10.

Host was super nice, gave us info on local shops and supermarket. Always available to help with whatever we needed and even gave us a goodbye gift. House was beautiful, so relaxing in a quiet place but really near other conveniences. Was a truly exceptional holiday.

Our family had an absolutely amazing week-long stay at the villa in mid-October. The two-story house is large and spacious with a nice, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, a gigantic tv by the sofa and a big dinner table. The pool makes the place special, though. It is kept pristine and there are plenty of spaces to lounge about around it. There are even a good assortment of pool floaties. There are some very friendly cats that live in the neighborhood, who our daughter loved. They don't come in to the house, but I guess it is worth mentioning. The villa offered amazing sunsets with a view to the ocean on one side and mountains on the other. It is a short walk to the beach, but honestly we didn't go there much. We didn't have a car, but it is fairly easy to get around without one. The bus to Larnaca runs about once an hour a few minutes walk from the villa and was 5 euros for the four of us. A taxi was 10 euros. From Larnaca you can get buses to Nicosia and other major cities, which are also really cheap. The nearby village of Oroklini has a well-stocked supermarket (Kritikos) and is about a 10-15 minute walk. There is also a 24-hour bakery next to it. We had our best meal in Cyprus in that village as well, at Grada Tavern. Highly recommended. A special word for the incredible hosts, Michael and Arzy. We arrived in the middle of the night, but Michael picked us up at the airport and drove us to the villa for free. The next day, Arzy sent us a long list of attractions and activities to consider, and then drove us to a large supermarket to stock up the fridge. The fridge, by the way, was full of snacks and drinks when we arrived - and they even dropped off some fresh juice during the week. They were gracious, responsive and friendly but never intrusive. When I mentioned that there was an issue with the dish washer, they bought a new one and had it installed the next day. All in all, we were all just delighted with our stay!

Everything. There is nothing bad we can say about the house and Arzy and Mike. House was very well equipped and beautiful. The swimming pool was very clean and big. The owners were super helpful and available at any time giving us tips for trips and food. We wished that we could have stayed longer. We'll be back for sure.

The Villa has everything you need to enjoy your holidays at the best. We found the fridge full of drinks and food. Michael the owner was perfect and always available. The house is very clean an has all you might need for short but also for longer stays. Couldn’t ask for more!!

The villa was just amazing. Was exactly what it looked like in the advert. The hosts were exceptional. Took really good care of us. They ensured the fridge was always stocked, the pool was cleaned and were on hand if we needed anything. The villa is children-friendly, location is excellent and facilities (kitchen, aircon, tv, bedding, pool, appliances etc) were top class. This deserves a 5 start rating! Again, hosts were exceptional and need a special mention as they went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure we were happy and, for that, we are ever so grateful.

This is really minor but I felt the water pressure in the showers could be improved. Also it would be useful if there was some covering for the parking area as the cars got really hot in the afternoon. Again, just very minor but this won't stop us from booking again and recommending this place to our friends.

The place was amazing. Arzy and Michael are the perfect host couple. Arzy met us at the house when we arrived. The fridge was filled with beer, soft drinks and fresh juice and snacks. They even came with freshly squuezed juice during the week. My phone went dead and they made sure it was taken care of at some repair shop. The pool was cleaned several times during our stay and Arzy and Michael responded immediately every time we had questions.

There was nothing we didn't like. We had everything we needed.

Everything was amazing! The whole place was clean and tidy, Michael, the host was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed, the furniture was comfortable and we had a great time! Someone was coming every morning to clean the pool which was very nice. The place provided everything we needed and everything was amazing! I totally recommend it and I will definitely be visiting again!
