If you're looking for a place that isn't like the usual hotel, but more like a friends place to stay at, this is the choice then. The owner is absolutely wonderful and took great care of us. She even took us to see dolphins on her boat or, when we couldn't get a taxi, drove us to the airport on our last day. So really, one is made feel welcome and at home at this place; and I will have wonderful memories from that one week we stayed there. - Also, the outside kitchen is amazing. My friend and I already promised to come back...

The room was very comfortable and having access to the outdoor kitchen was a bonus
Some road noise but not a big issue

Fantastic surroundings, peaceful and quiet environment with excellent breakfast and high standards. The hostess is lovely. Best experience ever and made us feel welcome in Sardegna.

We had a really nice one-week stay in August. The owner and Mariella (who manages the house) are very welcoming and made our stay very pleasant. Mariella does a great job and was attentive to our needs. And she speaks English fluently.
The green garden with the outdoor kitchen is a great place to relax and cook and a big plus for a longer stay.
The available 3 rooms are nice and clean with tasteful decor. It's a private home with many books - a bit boutique-hotel style - which we liked.
It was all very nice.

We were offered breakfast for 5 euros per head. we decided to do our own as we had bought some items ourselves and we eat simple ie porridge, tea etc. The whole place is like home away from home. There are pictures of the owners family, certificates, books and more books! The families history is on the walls and in the furniture and house utensils. We had a mini fridge in the room and the air con worked very well. Down in the garden was the masterpiece, an out door dining room with all you need to cook and relax. There are pots, pans, knives, forks, cups, glasses, coffee pots, and coffee cups. There is also facilities to recycle the bottles, cans, paper etc that you use. There was a tree producing plums I believe with branch's hanging over the roof covering. We were told that in a few weeks they would be ready to eat and make jam. The house is located in a quite residential area with supermarkets and bus route about 15/20 minutes walking distance. We did see one of the owners, but the person looking after us is called Mariella. She made contact with us even before we left our home to travel to the destination and did so when we were at the airport and nearly every day we were using the room. She explained in detail how the house functioned and how we could benefit from all that was available. She also worked very hard to obtain information of buses, tours, shops, ... just about every bit of information we needed. We met as strangers and parted as friends.
The shower entrance is ok for an average person but could be a squeeze for a fuller person the way the bathroom is set out. The shower water drainage was a little slow. The toilet seats needed new rubbers to prevent them from 'clanking' when they were lowered. Mosquito repellent is needed when using the outside kitchen . These are just a few simple things that took nothing away from our great stay.

The location, the bed- I sleep like a baby every night, the shower pressure, even it’s a small shower room and most of all Maria who managed the property- she’s very professional and everything we need was straightaway fulfilled. There was a problem with wifi but she sorted out straight away and we had a stronger signals the next day. thank you.
Very small bedroom room with small bathroom. lots of personal items that makes me a bit uncomfortable. however, the whole house is empty and all facilities are possible to use.

The entire experience was just excellent! We felt welcomed and assisted at all times. The place is super cozy and met all our needs! Breakfast was perfect and everything was extra clean. As a tip, I advise you to rent a car to properly know the region.
We were a bit unlucky and arrived in the week the internet provider was changing. Then, the connection wasn't so good, but that was not a problem in the end - we barely used the internet.

Fantastic property with big garden, hammocks and open air kitchen. The staff makes sure you feel like home, they are extra flexible and will help with any wish you might have.
We have an amazing time, the room is spacious and the entire house is very tastefully decorated.
The kitchen can be used by guests from all 3 rooms, breakfast is served with local produce, even home made jams.
One of the best experiences of such kind!
Nothing negative to be said. It's quite a walk from city centre but there are buses nearby as well as shops, cafes, supermarkets.

A really nice place to stay. The hosts are wonderful people, genorus and helpful. The cooking is splendid and also their homemade wine. The house and garden is beautiful, clean and well kept. Great location for getting around. The house is situated in a quiet area. I highly recommend this B&B. This was an incredible stay, everything from the beautiful, authentic facilities themselves to the unmatchable experience the hosts provided, I don’t think I’ve felt so welcome at any other bnb.

I loved the garden with the hammocks and the kids had great fun. Loved the open kitchen equipped with a pizza oven and bbq. I only wish we'd stayed longer than 1 night in order to explore the neighbourhood more. I'd recommend this accommodation for families.
Everything was pretty much perfect
