The rooms were very clean with everything you could want and more. The outside area really makes the property with a fantastic outdoor kitchen, fresh herbs available. The garden was beautifully lit with fairy lights in the evening and of course a great pool.

The host was extremely accommodating and prepared the room early for us so we could rest before the wedding we were attending in the area. We were welcomed on our arrival by the host and they showed us around the property. We were so amazed by how well equipped the outdoor kitchen was, and how friendly the host was! The bedroom had everything one needs for their holiday stay, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and will come again!

Our trip to Bale was short but sweet. Davor is a great host. His apartments are exemplary. The summer kitchen is very useful, so everything was perfect.

Davor is a superb host and his place is just amazing. We loved the pool, sun beds in the garden area, summer kitchen with grill and tables, spotless apartments and free parking at the property. Perfect location in the center of Bale, just few steps away from the restaurants and small shop. Sea side is few mins drive from the place and you get the card to enter Mon Perin for free. Overall hospitality, tips and recommendations from the host are the highlight here - thanks Davor for your help arranging the olive oil, giving instructions where to buy a local wine and where to go for a dinner! The overall rating of this place seems unreal, but don’t be suspicious - it’s an absolute 10. It’s been great and we’ll definitely be back!

A fantastic place. Everything is perfect. Just believe all the great reviews and stay there if you are in Istria. We travel a lot and wish all places were like this - perfect luxury at a great price with a relaxed and extremely welcoming atmosphere. Thanks for the most perfect stay.

There really isn’t anything not to like

Very friendly and genuine local host. He was happy to help with good advices for a wonderful stay. He designed the garden himself, clearly with the comfort of his guests in mind. One was always able to find some shade in the garden, and could thus enjoy the refreshments one could prepare in the outdoor kitchen. The AC in the room was very good and not noisy. The room was a one minute walk away from the village center of Bale.

We stayed there for two nights, as we were guests at a wedding in Bale. We used the outdoor kitchen for breakfast, which was already equipped with a lot of things needed for breakfast (fruits, coffee, tea, cereal ...). The garden with outdoor kitchen and pool is such a nice area to spend time at. The rooms are also very well equipped, we booked one apartment incl. kitchen and one separate room. The rooms and toilets are big enough, modern and everything was very clean and well prepared (enough towels and mini size cosmetics). The host and staff of the apartments are very kind and every detail in and around the apartments is very well thought through. We can definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again anytime!

The host is such a great person, he is there for everything you need. Facilities are perfect, parking included, a convenient store is right around the corner, there are extra toiletries if needed. The summer kitchen and the pool garden are perfect for summer breeze breakfast and chill.

Davor is a very cool host, with lots of local tips! The room interior is modern and nice, we actually had the room in ground floor which has a direct exit to the garden with pool and outdoor kitchen. The garden with outdoor kitchen is super useful for having a breakfast/lunch/dinner, because the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal and it has a great atmosphere to just enjoy your meal in the beautiful garden. You can also use and enjoy the fresh spices and herbs from the garden.

I liked everything here, all the details and the super hospitality from the host exceeded my expectations. As a frequent traveler I can say this my favorite place in Istra, quiet and relaxing with absolutely all aminities for preparing food and extras!!!

I don't know where to start. This place was just perfect. Davor is doing everything he can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The garden, swimming pool and outdoor kitchen are so great. Every detail you can imagine, is something that Davor thought of. This is definitely a place where you will get a chill and relaxed holiday. The room itself was extremely clean and very spacious. Everything was great, Superb room, every single feature that you can image is there. Host is very friendly and can answer any question and / or give a tips about Istria and attractions near by. Absolutely amazing! Davor is a great host and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for. He was super careful about all the covid-19 measures. The parking is also very convinient.
