I heard that the breakfast buffet at this hotel is amazing! And that is true! You can choose from a traditional Honduran breakfast with refried or whole beans, freshly made tortillas, fried plantains, scrambled eggs, and cheese, or a lighter option with fruits, bread, yogurt, and cereal. The only thing I think they could add is flour tortillas and avocado so that guests can make their own "baleada", to enjoy another distinctive breakfast dish! But everything else is already there! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help, which makes the stay even better. Plus, the location is really convenient. You can find supermarkets, cafeterias, casual restaurants, a 24-hour pharmacy, and even an Office Depot within walking distance - less than 300 meters away or across the street. So, if you need to grab some groceries, medicine, office supplies, or just a quick bite to eat, you're covered!

To enhance guest convenience, it would be beneficial for the hotel to offer grab-and-go snacks like salads, cold sandwiches, fruits, yogurt, juice, or soft drinks for purchase at any time. The breakfast area could be ideal for this service, especially for late arrivals, as nearby establishments tend to close early, around 8-9 p.m.

Front desk Staff needs more training on payment processing. They seem very confused on which form of payment are accepted, especially when the client is using booking.com and pays using the site options. Check in process is very slow and needs to be streamlined to meet check in requirements/demand.

The room and surrounding areas were clean, overall. The location is very centric so it's easy to grab a taxi and move around. The room has all the basic things you would need (towels, soap, glasses, etc.)

I stayed by myself last June and I had a great experience, but this time I felt quite disappointed, to be honest, they kinda rip me off. I got there before 2pm, with my mother, and we decided to pay for early check-in as we really really needed to rest for a bit (also we are not used to the heat of San Pedro Sula). We paid a hefty fee, and to our surprise, the room has a very old AC system, it took half an hour for the room to cool down just a tiny bit, and an employee had to explain to us that the AC HAS A TRICK!! and that we still needed to wait for the room to properly cool down, at the end we didn't rest at all and decided to leave the room to have lunch at a restaurant and give time to the AC to cool the room. So we paid the early check-in for NOTHING! If the AC has a trick either leave instructions on how to use it or please just invest in a better system. I might decide to look for another hotel next time.

there were no windows in the room and this provoqued a high presence of dust in the room and no fresh air. I had serious throat problems during the whole night which I never have due to the bad air. no hairdrier. terrible breakfast in a cold room.
