I've stayed at this same place once or twice previously, though in a different room. The staff is helpful, the location is convenient, and parking is easy. It's also a good value.

The location of the apartment was great for me, right next to the "subway". It was relatively calm when I was there, and the owners were easy to reach. Also, I had easy instructions to follow to get to the apartment as I needed to check-in outside the regular hours. I was very pleased overall.
It was as I needed. The wifi was working only in the entrance and not in the bedroom. Also, there was a slight problem with the air conditionner, a problem that was solved within the day. Other than that, I am happy with the experience. I would go again if I needed an apartment for a few days.

The owners were super accommodating for me. Millie replied quickly and was thorough with our communication through Booking.com app and on the phone. Her husband , Max, was very easygoing and took the time to tell me where all the shops, transportation, and restaurants are in the area. Between the two of them, the owners also speak multiple languages fluently which is excellent for many travelers.
The shower could use some updating, replacement of the old caulking, but functioned properly.

The location was perfect, next to the metro and al lot of busses. Nice neighborhood, with a lot of nice places to eat! And a lot of shops!

The room is quite simply furnished but equipped with everything necessary (kitchen, dishes, shower). The location is great, only half a block from the subway station and a parking lot (with fees) is right behind the house. The area is quiet and close to many stores, the Bahá’í Gardens can even still be reached on foot.
The hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful!
The size with 30 m² is a bit optimistic.

I had stayed at this place before, so I knew that it was convenient and that there was parking nearby. It's a good place to stay at a very reasonable price.
Unfortunately, I traveled there during the coldest week of the year, and, like nearly all places in Israel, the heating system was not able to really heat the place adequately. As I said, though, this would apply to nearly any place one might stay when the weather is so unusually cold.

The room is not fancy, but it's spacious and comfortable, and the location, a short half-block from the subway station, is excellent. It's an old neighborhood and not especially elegant, but it's quiet and close to plenty of shops.
They could have decorated the place a bit more nicely, but that really doesn't matter at all to me.

Very clean. Exceptionally friendly hosts. Huge balcony from which the Baha'i gardens are visible. Quiet air conditioning. A comfortable sofa that can be used as two separate beds.
