Great location, good facilities.

The property was great but on our first day having arrived a day late, the pool was dirty and the gardeners turned up to sort the over grown bushes. They weren’t there long so not a big issue. 3 people were in the property but only 2 sets of towels.

Very clean, modern house. Almost everything you'd need to live for two weeks. Overall good contact with the owner. Nice bonus of a pool guy coming to clean the pool twice a week. The keys left in a key box was great too. This way when we arrived at night, there was no problem getting in.

Some garden furniture need replacement as they got rusty and even broke apart. Fridge was occasionally leaking water.

Nice clean villa, good size and lay out would definitely recommend

Nothing I didn’t like however it was noted a welcome pack with seasonal fruit and breakfast that wasn’t included.

Safe didn't work and couldn't get hold of office with number on the wall in villa.

Everything was very clean, in the kitchen there is everything that you could need to cook food, the pool was clean and the location was very quiet and right by the beach, fantastic!

It was really hard to get to the city, because it’s quite far and the buses are not coming that often. And the taxi is expensive.

We booked this property for Christmas and NewYear period when the temperature dropped as low as 11C. When we arrived at the property in the evening the temperature inside the house was already 11-12C, very cold. We try to warm up the house using the 3 AC units but only 1 AC was actually working and even this one was not doing much. We called the administrator but they said they wanted to send someone with extra blankets since they didn’t have other villa available for that night. Since we paid for a full functional service (including heating system) and since it was not functioning we asked for full reimbursement of cost as the property had faults with the AC heating system which was not starting. Unfortunately the property kept half of our money although this was clearly their fault that we had nothing to do with. As a conclusion: Only book this property outside of Cyprus cold months (November-February).

I liked the property in overall. The house was very nice and the hosts were very kind.

I didn't like the cleanness. There was a forgotten pan with baked bacon in the oven and we needed to clean in by ourselves. Also it would be good to have lights in the swimming pool, or at least around it.

We did a short 10 day break from the Dubai summer and spent some time in Cyprus Our first port of call was this delightful villa near Ayia Napa The villa is set it a very quiet commune with local shops only a very short drive away. The villa was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The pool and outdoor living spaces were just divine and we would return next week if time permitted.

Absolutely nothing 😊

The property was perfect. We are a family of 5 with 3 young kids, they had a blast, the property and the pool were super clean. Everything needed for the stay is readily available. In a quiet area, not too far from Ayia Napa, we rented a car which made the stay perfect.

The property is located in a quiet area, yet only 12 minutes away from the centre Aiya Napa. Privacy is there, comfort and all.

The pictures used on booking are a bit misleading. Some villas are two levels, ours was one level villa. The pictures are not coherent with the actual property .The pool is a bit small and shallow.

The pool and space was incredible. The responses to questions was great. Very clean and a very peaceful location.

It would have been nice if there was a blender. The cleaning rags were not there when we arrived but the staff ran some over quickly when we informed them.

There is everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Overall, the furniture and the villa itself are in good condition. The villa manager speaks Russian, so there was no problem renting the villa
