La infraestructura era muy bonita y la calidad de los cuartos era muy buena, la atención era muy eficiente y el que hubiera agua caliente todo el tiempo era lo mejor.

Me gustaría que se mejorara un poco más los colchones y poner quizás donde sentarse en los balcones para gente como yo que fuma y pueda reposar un momento.

El personal muy amable, las habitaciones son amplias. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias , al igual que el hotel.

No me gusto que el agua caliente no funcionaba, se reportó sin embargo no se tuvo asistencia técnica, así mismo se tuvo un incremento en el precio del que se visualizó en la plataforma booking.

Very nice, modern and clean room. Lots of tv and music channels. Beautiful hotel. Central location.

Small minor things. Tv had to be aranged before it worked. Depending who is at the reception you feel welcome or not (for example it happened that i was alone waiting to ask something and they ignore it, then helping a group first who came in after me. A bit weird). The young lady was always correct and very friendly. Some english would be handy for dealing with international tourists.

Water on shower wasn't like should be.sometimes hot and after a minute cold,so was impossible to take a good shower . Another thing they don't respect when you are sleeping,the last day someone was working at 6am cutting a gas pipeline so all the smell was on my bedroom for 2 hours and they don't care.

walls are very thin so you can hear your upper, lower and side neighbor so you will basically hear the whole building every time and when someone walk/talk outside the rooms. Also there's only two outlets for a double bedroom'

Location is great, just a few blocks from several nice restaurants and the main square. Staff is great and warm. I travelled with my dog, and had no problems at all!

I have stayed there for a few times now, and sometimes getting a hot bath can be tricky.

Clean, pleasant hotel if lacking charm. They did add some cut paper strings which was nice. AC worked well.

Bathroom was a bit small. Location is close to the historical center but not a particularly nice area as there were tons of street vendors and the area did not have the colonial architecture and was a bit run down.
