La ubicación.. planeamos ir de compras y está a 100 metros del mall de Parque Arauco. Las camas son muy cómodas. Los espacios son amplios.

Las sabanas del sofá cama estaban sucias y con pelos (usadas). En la cocina, los utensilios y artefacto cocina estaban engrasados. Se nos dificultó el ingreso al edificio y el anfitrión, aunque estaba en el departamento, no bajó a brindarnos ayuda.

there was not even a courtesy bottle of water, fridge was small and not possible to make ice, only buying at nearest gas station a several blocks away. apartment was smaller than expected and only a mobile aircon that needed the window to stay open (which is not a good idea with the amount of pollution that the city suffers). constructions nearby which represented loud noises from early morning (which was not advertised). random furniture

no sheer curtains for daytime privacy which in a complex of block towers is important. Refrigerator made tons of noise as did fan in bathroom. Management didn’t seem too concerned.

The parking

We were very disappointed when we came into the apartment, everything was incredibly dirty, there was dust everywhere, not a single spot of the place was clean, even in the kitchen, the wall behind the stove was full of fat, and the cooking pans were not well cleaned. One of the bedrooms had patches of the wall paper torn of the walls. The location is Central and next to a park but next to a very noisy street. We went to the pool at the top, and the pool was also dirty full of hair. The host was not easy to contact and also a bit confused since she did not know that we were checked-in. We decided not to stay at that place after hearing that they could clean the apartment only the day after. The host acted fairly and correct given the offered apartment and accepted our decision without problem and did not charge anything.

Hostess (Valeria) was excellent. I was very glad to have her support when needed. Welcome kit was great. Wifi. TV screen is very good too.

Beautiful apartment in a very nice high rise in Las Condes area of Santiago. We had a balcony overlooking the park. Walking distance to restaurants and a high end mall. Longer walk (but doable) to the subway. Property is very well maintained with all the necessary amenities. And very reasonably priced for the space.
