Sometimes the hot water was not hot , just warm and a bit cold. The staff tried to fix the issue.

The building was immaculate and modern. Our apartment was tidy and clean. The staff were cheerful and very helpful. The location was good, in a nice neighborhood. We walked to nice restaurants without any safety concerns. Would definitely staying here again if we were in Santiago again.

Our room was next door to a daycare center to which children began arriving at 8:00. There was a bit of noise, therefore. Not a huge deal but we certainly could not have slept later than 8 am.

The property is in a quite neighborhood, not too far from Providencia, which is a commercial area in Santiago. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond questions and requests. The apartments are clean very clean.

The apartments are very small, The establishment doenst have any facilities apart from a small siting room in the ground floor, nothing special at it. The tv set it very outdated and the image is extremely bad. Towels are old and for some reason come out laundry with a not very nice odor. No air condition at the apartments. Space is very limited if you carry more than two luggages.

The apartment is simple. It is locate in a quiet residential area. The bathroom and shower are good. The bed is okay, but not a bad point.

There are two things I didn't pay attention to when I booked, so PAY ATTENTION! There is no air conditioning (it was very hot and the fan was not enough) and I had to pay at check out, so I had to use my credit card - paid taxes and IOF. I thought that the payment had been via Booking, but it wasn't. I ended up paying approximately 400 reais more than planned.

Very calm part of the city but walking distance from all shops and restaurants in Providencia. Kind personal of the building.

Would like there was a elevator and airconditioned, but still was pleasant stay.

Very comfortable and well-equipped for the price! In a very calm neighbourhood although our room was located right next to a kindergarten thus not really possible to sleep in ...

No A/C for summer

The room is a small apartment in effect, with a fridge, kettle and hot plate (what the Italians call a residenza), a sitting/ dining room and balcony with a good view. The neighbourhood is quiet and leafy (at least one embassy is nearby), where residents water their patch of roadside verge. There are some local eateries; try the one on the corner of Los Nogales. It's a pleasant walk from the metro station. We arrived far too early to check in for our second stay but our luggage was securely stored in the office while we took in a museum.

Convenient location easily reachable from Los Leones and the Costanera shopping center in walking distance. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Clean room with cooking facilities . Daily cleaning service available. Suitable for long stay. Very friendly and helpful staff.

There should have been more cups (only 2), more soup plates (only 1),, no fruit knives. When we asked for these items, nothing happened.
