Insonorisation Voisinage bruyant… j’ai du ouvrir la fenêtre à minuit car des gens écoutaient la musique forte fenêtre ouverte un dimanche soir, fenêtre qui donne sur la cour et donc sur la fenêtre de chambre. Bruit des pigeons aussi qui semblent aimer se poser par la. On entend pas mal les bruits de dehors. Je me suis levée tôt mais je pense que l’absence de porte de chambre et les stores peu occupants risque de gêner ce qui aiment la nuit pleine. Malheureusement je ne reprendrais pas cet hébergement

Logement minimaliste et d'une propreté approximative; pas du tout dans l'esprit de Booking à mon humble avis... On est plus proche de l'hôtel Ibis que des logements habituellement exceptionnels proposés par Booking.

Emplacement idéal. Bien équipé et bien conçu. Facilité d'accès.

Le manque de propreté (cheveux, joints jaunes de la douche, couverts sales,...). La literie n'était pas confortable du tout : le matelas 2 personnes se creusait en son centre

Nous avons été gentiment surclassés ! Le quartier est top et l'appartement bien équipé

The location was good. It's not enough to justify the price and the state of the room

The apartment is located in a very old building. The sound proofing is non-existent which means we could have spent the week with our neighbours and share the costs: we heard absolutely everything, from them showering to them coming home at 1am. The price per night is simply ridiculous when you realize you're sitting on a dirty Ikea sofa, or when you're woken up at 6am because there are no blinds in the bedrooms (but there are some in the living room for some reasons). Overall, it's a very expensive stay for not so high-end services.
