Instalações dos quartos, funcionários despreparados, me colocou no térreo junto c famílias com crianças, fora Claridade dos carros a noite, o hotel estava vazio poderia ter me colocado andar alto

Localização excelente, café da manhã muito caprichado e limpeza.
Sentimos falta de alguns itens, mas nada que pudesse atrapalhar a estadia ... a prateleira do banheiro estava quebrada, não tínhamos onde deixar "sabonete, shampoo" seria interessante um varal de chão na varanda e um porta papel toalha para enxugar as mãos na copa de uso coletivo.

Localização e café da manhã!!
O prazo de check out é cedo às 11:00 da manhã, e a gente queria almoçar no restaurante na frente, mas fomos obrigados a sair do hotel e consequentemente, acabamos almoçando em outro lugar para poder estacionar!

Location and room was fantastic - spacious room and comfortable bed. And the team was very helpful and friendly.
Slightly disappointed with the breakfast buffet, it wasn't fresh and some of the foods were still frozen when they took it out.

Breakfast is amazing, location and room view are the highlights.
The smell on my entire floor, the cleaning services and some basic stuff like replace towels, toilet paper etc. I've contacted the staff about the smell and they did not provided mucj attention and support/information

The most comfortable bed I’ve had in a hotel. Wonderful shower. Large room. Amazing breakfast and view from the 7th floor, where it was served.

If you're looking to visit Beto Carrero with your family, this place is great to stay. Really recommend! Tidy small "pousada" right in front of the beach. Bonus: there is a great seafood restaurant right across the street from the hotel. Much better staying here than in Balneario or Itajaí.
Honestly, for the price there is not much to say that we didn't like. The hotel is very simple, but very tidy and clean. It fits perfectly with the idea that we had in mind. Cannot complain! Thanks for hosting us.

Very clean and spacious room with hot shower! The staffs and cleaning ladies were all friendly and hard working.
We stayed here to go to Beto Carrero. It was a good choice to leave the car at the hotel and get an Uber. The ride was R$8 one way and it was easy to find Uber too.
The hotel offers breakfast in the restaurant in the front. They have a big variety of food and we enjoyed very much.
Before booking we saw negative comments about the smell of fish at the restaurant, but it did not bother us at all. It was even pleasant to have ocean smell/breeze!
