Being directly on the water and the enclosed porch are big pluses. Every amenity was provided.

We had a most enjoyable stay in a fully updated and well laid out and furnished cottage. A great retreat for a couple. Peaceful setting and quiet neighbourhood.

My husband, infant son, and I had a great time at Stephen's little cottage on lake Honeyoye. They provided all the amenities we needed in this cute house with a gorgeous lake view. There's a lot to do nearby, and the surrounding area is lovely. I actually met Stephen as well by happenstance and he was lovely as well! I would definitely recommend this place!

Very nice location and right on the water. Convenient to other locations. Owner was great with communication and information.

We have stayed on this lake before. It is quiet but large enough for kayak or small water craft. The town has a nice general store that met our needs. Wine trails are within an easy drive distance as well as many varieties of eating venues. We will return for a wonderful relaxing stay.

Property exactly as shown. Steve is a great host. It was equipped with everything you need (tp, paper towels, bug spray to name a few we brought but didn't need to). Even had a corn hole game for us to use! The location is great, we loved our week at this lake! Thank you for sharing your property. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed Memorial Day Weekend at Stephen’s place. Very clean and comfortable, and the porch overlooking the lake is magnificent. I highly recommend this rental.

The house and surroundings surpass the pictures on line.There were 2 of us so plenty of space,comfortable beds/furniture and spent all our time on the beautiful porch which was heated overlooking the lake. Very clean with everything you would need in the kitchen,there"s nothing missing from the house you would need. Great location to go to the winweies on the other lakes,Highly recommend

The location right on the lake is suberb! The inside was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The check in process was easy and everything went great. The finger lakes is a great area to explore - I can only imagine how busy the lake gets in the summer. We had a nice peaceful stay and enjoyed all the colors of fall!

This place was perfect for our girl's weekend. We were only here for a weekend, but I hope to come back in the summer sometime for a longer stay so we can enjoy swimming and boating as well. Very clean, cozy, & has everything you could need. I especially appreciated that they supplied towels as I forgot mine. The view from the porch and out back was wonderful and is perfect for watching the sunrise! We visited Bristol Mountain which is just a short drive away during their Fall Fest and rode the chairlift... Stunning views for leaf peeping! We also went on a little bit further the 2nd day to Letchworth State Park & were in awe with the beauty of Autumn surrounding some pretty impressive waterfalls. We lucked out even further when we realized they were having a large Arts & Crafts Show at the park as well. All in all, it was a nice getaway just enjoying the beauty and festivities in the area with a couple of my favorite women.

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay on this quiet lake! The house was very well stocked with anything you would need. Very clean and well cared for. We enjoyed some of the breweries in town as well!

The property was exactly as advertised. Perfect for two adults in need of a quiet, picturesque getaway. The lake was quiet and beautiful and with the perfect porch even the rain couldn't dampen our stay.

The cabin was perfect! The area was very quiet and peaceful which was what we were looking for after the holiday rush. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The (heated) sun porch was our favorite spot! We spent most of our time there enjoying the beauty of the lake and the snowfall!

My sister and I took our aunt on a special birthday trip to celebrate. We booked 4 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage which was perfect for three women. It was spotless and comfortable and had everything we needed. It even had a few fall decorations to make it cheery! I would definitely recommend this little vacation home to others.

I’ll start with the outside. Grassy lawn with beautiful lake front location - we had campfires right on the lake each night. I watched the birds while my husband fished off the dock. Lots of lawn furniture and big gas grill. The cottage has a large fully equipped kitchen adjacent to a living area. Plus a huge enclosed porch with seating area and large dining table. Great sunrise viewing. Bedrooms are adequate with modern furniture. The house was super clean. Note that the bathroom is small - a family of 6 might run out of room to hang towels and fit all your toiletries. But I t’s a small sacrifice for all the other benefits.

This property is in such a peaceful setting. Just what we needed to unplug and de-stress.

The cottage and setting were perfect and very well equipped! We had a great stay and really enjoyed the dock and firepit on this wonderful lake. I didn't know about the algal blooms, so that was a first hand lesson in nutrient loading and climate change impacts on this incredibly beautiful region.

The house was neat and clean. Great location for our activities (hiking , kayaking) Outside by the lake was beautiful and relaxing. We really loved it - except: No bedside table on one side in the Master Bedroom was a serious detriment. If you wear glasses, want to read before bedtime, need kleenex close by, a glass of water etc...you have nothing. It's nice to have things convenient and comfortable. A small thing (but a big thing)
