Private, quiet oasis right in the middle of all the action of CB!
Ceci est l'une des trois locations de vacances sur la propriété. Une autre unité est un chalet indépendant d'une chambre pouvant accueillir 6 personnes et l'autre est similaire à celui-ci et est un deux chambres pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Ils peuvent chacun être loués séparément ou combinés pour dormir 6, 13 ou 18 (l'autre unité est VRBO # 472895 et demandez).
Une fois que vous arrivez, vous traverserez la cour en passant devant la magnifique piscine jusqu'à votre logement. Il s'agit d'un bâtiment de plain-pied qui ne signifie aucun escalier! Aussi pas de voisins à l'étage ou en bas.
La première chambre a un lit queen et la 2ème a un lit queen et un ensemble de lits superposés permettant à cette unité de dormir un total de six. C'est parfait pour les familles ou un groupe d'amis.
C'est notre maison loin de chez nous et est conçue pour la paix, le confort et le plaisir. Il y a une cuisine complète qui est approvisionnée avec toutes les fournitures dont vous avez besoin pour de merveilleux repas ou une bouchée rapide. Y compris un grand réfrigérateur, cuisinière, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle.
La salle de bain a été récemment rénovée et dispose d'un combo baignoire-douche. Il y a une douche supplémentaire à l'extérieur avec de l'eau chaude et froide.

Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse empilable (nouveau 2018)
Le bungalow est entouré d'une variété d'espaces extérieurs charmants avec beaucoup de zones ensoleillées ou ombragées pour se détendre. La porte latérale a accès à la cour qui est clôturée pour les animaux. Il y a des doubles portes coulissantes dans le salon qui s'ouvrent directement sur la piscine avec des palmiers et un bord de l'eau. Cette piscine est partagée uniquement avec les deux autres unités du complexe (l'autre location de vacances et les gardiens).
Il est à seulement deux pâtés de maisons et demi (environ 4 minutes à pied) de la plage et de la promenade à pied. Toute la promenade se fait sur un trottoir et il y a des feux d'arrêt et des passages pour piétons aux deux intersections. Vous êtes donc en plein milieu de l'action mais dès que vous rentrez chez vous, vous découvrirez le calme et la tranquillité d'une résidence privée.

Great location within short walking distance to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, & shops. Also, great location for walking our dogs. They felt relaxed & right at home. Cute bungalow & loved having the pool to relax by when wanting a break from the beach. Would definitely recommend!

This bungalow and the other on the property are our favorite places to stay in Carolina Beach. We have stayed in them in 2019 and wouldnt dream of staying elsewhere. The owner is incredible, has the best communication and truly makes you feel like more than just a renter. She was so accommodating and understanding of our two pups who were away from home for the first time. I would recommend this property whenever asked and will certainly be back next year.

This place is amazing. Very close to the beach, lots to do around it and within walking distance. The house and pool area are just what we needed for us and our 2 kids. We WILL be back.

Our stay in the two-bedroom property was perfect. It’s so close to the beach and has a private pool hidden away for you. There are so many small beautiful places to sit outside. The beds were so comfortable and we got to bring our dog.

The location was very convenient to restaurants and the boardwalk (no dogs allowed on the boardwalk:( and beach.
The unit is behind a smaller unit with a pool dividing them. The pool was cold, but perfect for a cold plunge!
The living room sliders on both units are in the same place, so no avoiding your neighbors, but other shared space and gas firepit was worth it.
Owner very communicative and available.
DO NOT FORGET YOUR OWN LINENS, TOWELS AND TOILETRIES as they are not provided. Owner has a cart to take the provided chairs and cooler to the beach!

Great location for a family beach trip with an easy 2 block walk to the beach and boardwalk, restaurants, rides, and shopping. It was great having the pool right outside the door. The place was clean, and the owner is responsive and kind.

House was just as listed. Clean and organized. Kitchen was fully stocked. The host was GREAT! Very responsive and kind. Pool was refreshing and had awesome furniture. House even had beach chairs, beach tent, and pool floats! Great water pressure in showers. Will stay again!

We stay here anytime we come down to Carolina Beach. The property is well kept and cozy and walking distance to everything you would want to do. The owner is always sweet and you can tell puts in the extra effort to make the stay enjoyable. Definitely a rebook for us.

We’ve stayed in almost all of Rebecca’s properties and it’s always such a great experience. You’ll have everything you need. She provides a detailed list of amenities so that if there’s something missing, you’ll know to pack it on your own. She also has lots of easy instructions around the house to make navigating things super smooth and easy. We look forward to our next visit!

We stayed in the bungalow, there were two bedrooms with a queen sized bed and one bedroom with a queen and bunk beds. The house had enough space for us all to move around comfortably, and was really cute! We also brought along our 7 year old 75 lb pitbull Bowie who had a blast sleeping and sunning himself by the sliding glass door out to the pool! The host was fast to respond to questions about parking and kept the property and pool area very tidy! The house is so close to the beach and boardwalk area which was great for us with a 2 year old, a dog, and ALL the beach gear! There was a nice little area for hanging out and letting the dog out with a hammock and hammock chair that was super cute but bring bug spray as the mosquitoes were out and hungry! We brought our own but there were linens, beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs and a collapsible wagon all at our house for use which I thought was wonderful if you don’t have the stuff and don’t want to spend a ton of money buying them. I loved our stay, and I would definitely book the bungalow again!

Great space! We enjoyed being walking distance from the beach but having so much private space. Our frenchie absolutely loved the private patio where he could run off leash, and it was perfect for reading and relaxing away from the crowds. The house was very up to date with all the conveniences of modernity and all the charm of a family home away from home. We will definitely be coming back.

We had a great stay at the Bungalow. The location was amazing with just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Also loved having a Publix grocery store just a couple of minutes away. We spent a lot of time in our private courtyard area and really enjoyed the privacy and peace there. The pool was so great and we had no issues with the other tenants who had access to the pool. Only complaint would be that the photos are a little out of date as they show a slide in the pool however there is not a slide and the pool area could use a little TLC. We 100% would rent this home again!

This place is a great place to stay. I loved that we could have pets. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Also lots of places to eat nearby. They had a beach wagon and chairs we could use which saved us room in the car for traveling. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a nice little place to stay at. Cal and quiet neighborhood with a short walk to many food locations and the beach. Loved the pool, especially since our little one still is not a fan of water, it saved us the crowded beach while my husband and I could enjoy some sun and water at the pool.

All in all it was an okay place to stay, but I don't think I would choose to stay here again. There were updated parts of the property like the kitchen but there were many things that were strange about this place like the pendant lights in the second bedroom, the bunk beds, and the way you actually get into the property. The way to get in was provided, I just had a different picture in my mind about accessing the property so that could just be a me thing. For the price we paid and not being oceanfront with a decent hike to the beach, it makes it questionable if I would stay here again. It is close to everything like the boardwalk and resturants, but it is still a walk to get to the beach. Bring a wagon or something to help you stroll your items to the beach if you plan on staying out there all day with food, drinks, and games. The owner is VERY nice and responsive, but the property needs a little more TLC in certain areas. The outlets were very flimsy, like when you put your charger in the wall it would almost go into the wall. The pendant lights in the bedrooms are really strange. The bunkbed was very old/poorly constructed and needs an upgrade. My daughter thought she was going to fall through when she would lay on the bottom bunk. The sliding door cover did not actually slide very well and we couldnt get it to close without the fear or breaking it and it would have been ncie to close to get a little privacy since you are sharing the pool area with other guests. Overall it was not a bad experience.

The bungalow is adorable and this is a quaint property with everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation! The pool and sitting areas are so nice. The location is perfect! We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, and loved that we were able to leave the car parked for most of our stay. We chose to go the Carolina Beach State Park (so close) to do some hiking and it was amazing! Hoping to make this an annual retreat! Thanks, Rebecca, for opening your home to us!

This cute little bungalow is located within walking distance of everything. We barely used our car while we were there. We had a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, several good restaurants, an escape room, and two homemade ice cream shops. The house itself was a bit small for our family of 5, but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was too cold to use the pool but it was available in case we wanted to. We brought our small dog, and the fenced in area was perfect for her. Rebecca was a wonderful host; she was available if we needed her but also gave us our privacy. We would love to visit the area again in the summer.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 dogs for a few days and had a wonderful trip. Checking in and out was a very easy process and you are in walking distance of the beach and many places to eat. Our dogs (we have a rottie and a yorkie) had their own fenced in space to hang out outside with us and to use the bathroom. You don't have full privacy when outside as you share the space with 2 other homes essentially but we had nothing but kind interactions with others staying in the other house and the caretakers. Our fur babies even got some extra love from some of them. Be sure to bring your own sheets and towels and you should have everything else you'd need there. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Had a great weekend in Carolina Beach with the Family and pups. The home is quiet, comfortable, and short walk from everything we needed. Aside from linens it had everything needed for a relaxing weekend away.

We had the best time. The only downfall is that the pool and entrance connects two homes which is fine. They are very clear about that on the description. Overall we didn’t mind but this would be perfect to rent both houses for a big group! We loved it !

My family had such a lovely time at our first weekend away since the start of the pandemic. The reservation and check-in processes were a cinch, and we had no issues during our stay. The accommodations were comfortable, updated, and inviting. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard area with our little dog. I wish we had more time to stay longer.
Note for future guests: The mattresses on the beds are quite soft, which was our only negative.
