Great location, Great facilities, very clean and reasonably priced

We booked Casa El Capricho so the whole family could be together in one location in Marbella. When we arrived we were very pleasantly surprised with the property and its location, it really did exceed our expectations. The house is modern and has excellent facilities and what we also liked was the fact it has a garden so we could sit outside and eat and relax plus make use of the BBQ (which is not something usually possible in an apartment). The location is quiet and within a gated community. Within a 5 minute walk there is the El Corte Ingles store which has an excellent supermarket but within a 10 minute walk there is also a Mercadona, Lidl and Carrefour so you're spoilt for choice for food shopping should you wish to stay in and cook (which we did alot). The nearest beach is Playa de la Fontinilla which is a 10 minute walk, literally, and that is the start of the promenade that has all the bars and restaurants but also within the surrounding streets across the main road from the house there are lots of local bars and restaurants in easy walking distance (Marbella isn't just about the Old Town!) so you are really spoilt for choice. After a day baking on the beach it was nice to return to the tranquility of a proper house in a quiet location but still in easy reach of bars and restaurants, the best of both worlds. We would definitely stay here again.

Communication with host was brilliant from the start . Myriam was most accommodating and very helpful with changes we needed to make. Highly recommended.

Locatin is great, near Court Englese and Starbucks, near a school, 10 min walk to the beach, not close to Puero Banus but close to the beach in Malaga.

The beds could have been more confortable, they are old. The matresses should be changed, especially in the upstair room with 2 beds.

Perfect size for a family of five, great space and facilities and the location is excellent. We loved our stay and hopefully we will be back.
