The accommodation was very clean & comfortable. I also chose it because we have a dog. This is the most dog friendly accommodation I have ever stayed in. The dog cafe was fantastic & the staff very friendly & helpful.

Lovely tall ceilings full of character
Next door had a wedding reception. Music noisy until 1.00am on one night

The staff were absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond every day which is what makes this place really special! We stayed in the river view barn which has a lovely view, plenty of space and everything you need. It's nice to be staying somewhere where people drive to to take their dogs for a walk, we just walked straight from the front door! The site is really dog friendly as well with a dog cafe hosting dog socialising meets on Wednesdays.
Nothing!

Location, cleanliness & comfort.
Noise from adjoining barn, could hear neighbours talking from the bedroom. Not a major issue.

The Granary is huge but manages to be cosy at the same time with a large very well equipped kitchen the en-suits in every room are great
The upstairs bedrooms got very warm even in September and one person has to sleep against the wall which is a bit tricky if that person needs to get up in the night or even just first in the morning

Beautiful quiet setting with plenty to see and do nearby.
Well equipped for a short break
FISHERMAN’s COTTAGE
We liked the cottage very much. However a few simple improvements would help enormously because surface and storage space is very limited. For example
*. Access up stairs from the car park was difficult with cases and shopping for elderly people. Perhaps consider a
ramp?
* Lack of surfaces for toiletries in the bathroom and some hooks or rail would be useful
* Lack of surfaces in kitchen / lounge area . The microwave needs to be usable not stuck in the cupboard because too
heavy to lift out safely. The TV could be fixed to the wall to give a surface, if necessary and the cupboard could
then be used for storage.

Facilties are excellent only downside was rooms were to hot in the weather
Rooms to hot even with windows open

We were in Burnham for a wedding and the venue was outstanding. Each unit was 100% wonderful, with bath and shower, kitchen, living area and bedrooms. Beds were super comfy and the jacuzzi was fantastic. Cafe food and drink was wonderful and staff were really friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The keys were left in the accommodation and we booked in, in advance. So easy! I think between all of us we had hired every unit, including the big barn in the middle. We loved the hammocks outside too!
I wish we had known there was a unit that had a ground floor bedroom - we booked on booking.com and I didnt see that option.
The chap strimming the grass at 8am the day after the wedding could have waited a bit!!

Liked the self contained feel to the Hen House and the flexibility it offered during the stay.
Would have liked an earlier check-in and would have been prepared to pay a little extra for this.

Amazing location, I can’t believe how cheap it was for what it was.
The hen barn was the cutest and had everything you’d find at home.
If anything I felt at home.
The jacuzzi area and gym were stunning. So so clean!
Highly recommend
Only thing which is preference is the pillows were too hard but I’d just bring my own next time and I can assure you there will be a next time.

Relaxing and quiet. Great location for us with adjacent field and off lead dog walks along the river. Great to have cafe on site. 2 of the beds were really amazingly comfortable.. best ever. Cosy, warm cottage, and good bathrooms. Nice towels and toiletries, both a shower and bath. Didn't use spa as only for 16+, and booking system tricky.
A few minor niggles.... only small fridge and tiny freezerbox and door for it was broken (and milk shelf missing), cutlery rack in dishwasher broken, no washing up liquid, overall kitchen area a bit small if self catering...(but well equipt)
Bedrooms a little odd as the single is off the main double. Could do with a blind or black out curtian for french doors. Upstairs mezzanine bedroom fun but wouldn't suit all and bed not as comfy as others. Needs placemats and games draw replenishing.
Also the super large step to enter the property (maybe add a step) as well as the 2 steps to the downstairs bedrooms were challenging for our elderly mother in law.
Overall a comfy stay but sorting the small details would have elevated to excellent. Also felt was a little pricey for off peak February.

Lovely layout to the whole complex. Nice to have the kitchen facilities. Excellent mattress on the bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good to have hairdryer, and iron/ironingboard.
Bed was very high, which could be a problem for older people, plus difficult for 2nd person to get out of on side against the wall. Could do with more counter-space around basin in bathroom, plus mirror above wall plug in bedroom for use when blowdrying hair.

Very clean, the beds were comfortable, had lots of amenities in the kitchen, on-site cafe was amazing. All rooms were en-suite so it was perfect
The twin beds were quite close together but it want a problem, and we turned all the radiators off but we were all still so hot and didn’t want to leave the windows open late incase our noise woke the other barns

I tested positive on the eve of my stay there. Booking.com suggested that Creeksea Place Barns refund me but they refused. They also refused to move my dates to later. They basically took my money with no compassion or flexibility for the situation. Thieves.

Location and facilities were exceptional. Surrounding area was ideal for dog walking.
Position of the bed meant that we had to climb over one another to get out, bit of a task especially in the dark, bed though was very comfortable.

Accommodated us from beginning to end especially as we had dogs with us.(They let us leave our stuff in the lodge early and didn't rush us although we were 15 minutes late leaving). The lodges are dog friendly but you wouldn't know.
The location is lovely, a 50 min walk along the coast to the town which is very pretty. The actual location is quiet and pretty.
Really nice coffee provided and a lovely touch that they left prosecco and dog biscuits.
They let us leave our stuff in the lodge early and were very helpful before and during our stay.
The Parlour cafe is a great addition for breakfast and coffees.
I will be back and will be recommending to friends and family.
There was a feather duvet which upset my asthma and allergies and no alternative or blanket. Front room could do with a lamp as lights quite bright.
