the location is great, Thuong was very helpful both day and night, the pancakes were great each day! Nothing was too much trouble. Our family would stay here again.

The property was in an excellent position, only a two minute walk to the beach and several beachside restaurants. the bedrooms were clean and spacious with reasonably efficient aircon. the living space was absolutely fine for the two of us, though a little small for a house full. The kitchen was okay though we didn't do any cooking. the daily breakfast was freshly prepared, tasty and decent portions.

Nothing major to complain about though as we stayed tor 17 nights, the wardrobe and general room storage could be better. My wife was disappointed that there was no dressing table or anywhere to sit by a mirror for hair and make up. The TV in the living area had no signal so any evening entertainment came from YOUTUBE or your own Netflix connection. There was a drinking water tap in the kitchen but that didn't work. It's a residential street and most houses had dogs and chickens which made themselves known at all hours of the day. Also several householders were carrying out building work which was very noisy but obviously beyond the control of Shadyside owners.

Location was fabulous. Such a friendly neighbourhood. Clean, tidy and modern. Loved the private pool. A big space for the price. Aircon in the bedrooms a big plus and the fridge is stocked with lots of different drinks at very reasonable prices. Very close to hoi an and a busier part of an bang just a short stroll. Loved it being in a quiet area as beaches werent too busy. Thuong was a fantasic concierge, was so quick to reply to any messages with queries, she arranged all trips and cars we needed at a fantastic price and was over all so friendly. Our made lau I believe she was called was so friendly. Her family live next door which we got to know on our stay, lau works her butt off to keep that place clean and make sure we had a fresh breakfast each morning. She was so amazing with my little boy. Overall I would say the staff keeping this place running are so hospitable and friendly can't fault them.

It wasn't massively baby friendly with the different levels outside and stairs. Could use black out curtains. Noisy outside with karaoke parties, dogs, cockrels and building work. Bathroom privacy not the best, we didn't feel very comfortable using them with lights on incase the neighbourhood saw us. Breakfast options are limited on a long stay.
