Fijn en schoon hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Dichtbij het strand waar je als hotelgast bedden kon krijgen. Fietsen beschikbaar om naar het dorp te rijden. Ontbijt was ook fijn en ruim voldoende keuze.

Fitness ruimte was wat minder. Zwembad was op de foto's iets minder dan in het echt. We zaten in de suite die uitzicht had op de dorpskant in plaats van de zee kant.

staff were excellent. nothing was to much trouble. breakfast staff were also very good and accommodating. i cannot speak to highly of this hotel. There was also a free weekend shuttle to Hoi an old town.

Staff were super friendly and helpful Our room, the pool and other facilities were great, kept very clean. The view from our room was amazing. Breakfast was included in the tariff- had a great variety which covered all tastes. We ate dinner at the Ally restaurant and the food was great especially the TomYum soup. Good value all round.

Swimming Pool, Breafast

The staff was very nice and helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. They helped make arrangements for us to rent a motorbike for a couple of days. We had the Deluxe Room with Village View. It was clean and very spacious. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room nice and cool. The bathroom came with a large tub for a nice, hot bath when there is hot water.

Early in the morning and late at night there wasn't any hot water, so on my first morning I had a lukewarm shower. I asked the nice gentleman at front desk about it and he turned it on and asked me to wait about 10 minutes. Maybe the water heater is on a timer? When I think of a resort, I don't think about having to ask for hot water. The fitness room was small with aging equipment. The room looked neglected. There were weights and equipment littering the floor and a chair laying on its side. The pool area was untidy. Life jackets piled on a pool chair that was pushed up against a bookshelf. Trash on the tables and ground. Not a lot, but enough to notice. We checked in late the night before, so this was our first morning impression of the place. And I'm pretty sure we were the only guests that stayed overnight because it was just my partner and I and the staff, so if there were no other guests to attend to the day before, a little more effort could have been made to make the place more inviting.

It USED to have a high standard with lots of amnesties: spa, gym, pool, beach bar/restaurant, last buffet breakfast. Now that’s all gone/closed, but the price is the same! Ridiculous.

Thought was the hotel, but seems they have nothing to do with it. Is Booking.com systems that do not seem to work very well. From Booking.com: an explanation that does not make sense, and no action.
