Great location, a beautiful view & clean flat & nice swimming pool, all needed equipment in the kitchen. Good contact with the owner and housekeeper.

Nice view of the sea from the balcony, good wifi, two aircon units, one in the bedroom, one in the living room. Living room and kitchen area were spacious.

Adriatic Pearl is typical offer where you see beautiful and comfortable place in the description and on pictures but it is nothing like that in real life. They advertise to have lift but they fail to tell you. In reallity you have to use milion stairs to come to the building and than you have to use stairs to go to the 3th floor where is the apartment. When we came to the apartment we had to make our own bed because pillow cases were drying on the balcony. We also had to clean the toilet seat and shower before use because bathroom was really filthy even though the owner charges very high cleaning fee. The place was a bare minimum for people to sleep in. There were no coffees, sugars, teas, mineral water or anything.

Everything was perfect. Apartment clean, good location, amazing view. Women friendly. Definetelly I will go back there

The host Natasha was very helpful and really friendly, we did struggle finding the apartment as it had no name

The bed was really creaky and the shutter in main room was broken so could only it down so couldn’t appreciate the view but everything else was fine

I loved the view and the size of the terrace, wonderful moments. Big kitchen and nice sofa, easily folded. Washing machine, iron and dishwasher in the apartment, lost of cutlery. Natascha helped us with everything we needed, very good contact with the owner (Anastasia)

Lack of microwave, very small bathroom, bedding and towels smelled of cigarettes- we had to wash most of them, kitchen drawers, cabinets and the oven not very clean. For the first two days pool was dirty and the water was cloudy, but Anastasia helped us with that
