Fantastic view and good location

Lower bunk mattress could have been better.

The location was wonderful, just we were unable to climb up the hill, because of age! We will certainly go back again.

Very nice view across Pōhara and the bay. Well equipped kitchen. Shelley is a welcoming host and had given many tips on sight seeing, dinner and activities. Ask her about the Wednesday Walkers if staying midweek.

Everything perfect!

Everything! The view was spectacular, the owner checked up on us after an earthquake, it was quiet, super clean, warm and had Everything we needed

That we had to leave!

What a place! The views from every window are stunning, and there's low light pollution so the night skies are beautiful too. The apartment is wonderfully comfortable. It is spacious and very cosy; it was winter when we stayed but we didn't need to keep the heater on very long. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely too. Wifi was strong. I also appreciated the host's environmental policies being stated, it would be great if others in the hospitality sector did more of this.
