We stayed 7 nights and totally loved it! The staff is awesome, from the moment you arrive you feel welcome! Breakfast ist the best we had, great variation everyday (a lot of veggie-options!) and they change the warm dishes every day. The rooms are clean and spacious and we totally loved the pool! So relaxing after visiting the temples. The pool-bar is simple but offers everything you may need from drinks to snacks. We also used the laundry and massage service and everything was exceptional.

The localisation

Our experience at the Mony Reach Hotel was truly catastrophic. The check-in process forced us to pay for five nights in advance. To our dismay, the restaurant was closed, a fact revealed moments later by the receptionist. The lack of decoration and an overall dark, creepy vibe made the hotel less than inviting. Breakfast was a nightmare – with unlabeled food items, unhelpful staff, and terrible fruit juices. The absence of à la carte options only added to the disappointment. Staff's attempts to be overly attentive in the lobby left us feeling uncomfortable. Moreover, We are still waiting for each a double bed instead of twin beds To top it off, a suspicion of bedbug infestation arose when my uncle, using a silk pillow to elevate his legs, experienced bites exactly at his feet and legs. Overall, the lack of service and gloomy ambiance left us feeling ripped off. Despite a good location, there are undoubtedly more appealing hotels to choose from. It's evident that staff training is sorely needed at the Mony Reach Hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the night market and various restaurants and amenities. There is a scooter rental literally next door, too. Staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was wonderful too.

The hotel is nice and very comfortable. It's completely worth the money and the staff are amazing. I felt the room was not as pictured and so they upgraded me to a suite! Pleas say hi to Chivid if you go he is great. Every single thing was communicated well and they really go above and beyond to serve you. I love that there is an onsite gym AND spa AND pool + places to chill on the roof. 100% recommend for anyone going to Siem Reap as you can also walk to pub street and it is so centrally located. Would stay here again!

Huge room, very nice and clean. Close to the pub Street but easy access for tour buses. Nice pool.

The air conditioning was quite noisy in the night despite we switched it off. But the split units of the neighbour rooms were just outside behind our cup board, so it sounds like a starting airplane in the night. They charged us 5$ for a broken glass. We are not the Hooligans that destroyed the complete room. Thought it's a little bit nitty gritty to charge for this accident.

This hotel is located perfectly, with easy access to Pub Street, the Night Market, multiple grocery stores and great restaurants within a few minutes walk. The hotel is comfortably appointed, exceptionally clean and the staff are fantastic. Pool area is small but great as well.

I was looking forward to using the gym during my stay but it had very limited equipment and made it impossible to do a real workout.

Si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, je vous conseille de demander une chambre sur cour ! Nous ne sommes pas trop sensibles au bruit, donc on a réussi à dormir. Mais le bruit urbain et le simple vitrage semblent être assez courants au Cambodge.

Fresh and Clean. Located a short walk from Pub Street. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed in a spacious air-conditioned room. Nice pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was well insulated, so very quiet for a good night's sleep. The security guard at the front of the hotel would always help us cross the street when it was busy, such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

There was no breakfast service when we were there, but they did inform us that it was going to recommence food service soon.

L'hôtel est très bien situé par rapport aux attractions ( pub street, marché de nuit, etc...). Tout peut se faire à pieds. Chambre spacieuse, piscine appréciable après une journée de marche. Le personnel d'accueil est très aimable et serviable.

Petite fuite d'eau dans notre salle de bain vers les WC mais rien d'important dont nous n'avons pas trouvé nécessaire de le signaler. Avoir du payer la perte d'une petite serviette (5 dollars) pour essuyer les mains lors du départ.

Прекрасный просторный номер, отличная кровать, большая ванная комната с ванной, все очень стильно и чисто. Хороший бассейн с прохладной водой - где очень здорово было охладиться после экскурсии по храмам. Прекрасное месторасположение - недалеко супермаркет, шумный район с ресторанами. В самом отеле было тихо.

Немного глючил сейф. И, к сожалению, в отеле не было завтрака - чего не хватало для полного счастья.

I absolutely love my stay at Mony Reach Angkor Hotel, the location super convenient, the staff were incredibly attractive and friendly, the room were clean and spacious, I can't express enough how impressed I was with Mony Reach Angkor Hotel. I definitely coming back for long stay soon!

The hotel provided all the necessary essentials, including water, shampoo, shower gel, and were quick to accommodate any additional requests, I truly enjoyed my stay here, nothing to complain.

Nice hotel, amazing staff.

The staff are exceptional! Mr. Bely (hopefully I got his name right) is especially wonderful and accommodating. When we got there, the hotel had just reopened and there were a few kinks like kitchen wasn’t operational yet during our stay but I know that they will be much better as soon as the hotel is fully operational this October. The location is wonderful. The hotel even gave us round trip free airport shuttle service instead of just one way service because they were apologetic over some minor inconveniences. They also provided us with free tuktuk service to town and the tuktuks were fancy!!! We truly enjoyed our stay because the staff made the service feel like first class. They also have a nice pool although we didn’t have the time to use it. This hotel is truly a gem in Siem Reap. I will not hesitate to stay again and will also recommend this hotel to my friends, family, and clients!

A few minor things like there was no breakfast available during our stay but that’s also because they haven’t reopened the kitchen yet during our stay. I was told that they will be fully operational in October. I also didn’t enjoy the pillows as they were a bit too stiff for my liking but the staff took our feedback to heart so I hope that they will switch the pillows to something more comfortable.

We didn’t expect to stay in Siem Reap fortunately we did. And Mony Reach Angkor helped our one day stay memorable with their friendly and considerate staff. Managed to visit several attractions with their recommended tour (reasonable price). Location wise is so close to everything, 3-minute walk to Pub St. Clean room and great amenities.

Very friendly staff, willing to communicate with us, always a smile, thank you staff! The airport pick up was smooth. We started a 5am sunrise Angkor tour; breakfast to go was very well packed, with a sandwich, croissant, orange, soymilk & water. Very delicious breakfast, we can order as many as we can eat. Dinner was very tasty, authentic Khmer food. Loved the spacious, clean room with good AC. The pillows were a bit high for me. Balcony was in front of the hotel, lots of noise from the traffic. Nice view of the surroundings. Swimming pool is large with a jacuzzi. CNN available on tv. Nightmarket, supermarket and small restaurants were closeby, convenient location.

Attention of the staff is exceptional. We had a problem with the taxi which didn't arrive on the check out day and the receptionist took care of it without that I had to ask for her help. The whole staff is super friendly. The tours arranged are well organised. The room is huge and very comfortable. Restaurants, Pub Street, Night Market, supermarkets all in walking distance.

Breakfast could have more choices. As a Westerner I missed cheese and sliced sausage/ham.
