Swimming pool is nice and clean, everything is near by, 5 minutes to Poreč center and shopping centre, down the hill and Borik beach in a minut. Apartment is nice and comfy, definitely good deal for the price.😀😀😀😀😎

Sometimes internet was very slow.

The owners where super kind and really made a great effort to make our stay pleasant. The villa a such only has 6 rooms or so and the pool was basically rarely used by alll the rooms at the same time which made it almost like a private pool. The location is only 10 minutes by car to beaches or Porec village. Which makes it a good spot if you have a car. The pizza just next door was also good. The apartment itself was sparkling clean and had a very well thought out equipment, the owners had really made an effort in planning. After our 5 day stay we chosen to extend it with another 3. We were very happy with our stay. Our 9 year old daughter loved the pool.

There was only one thing we didn't like and that was the location close to one of the main roads to Porec which was a bit noisy at some times. Fortunatly the owners had installed good noise isolation. I.e when all the ewindows and bliners where used it was silent.
