I loved my room choice, which had a balcony and sea and pool view. The amenities were amazing and the bed was comfortable!

The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful, Eliza and Mario at reception were warm, friendly and gave excellent recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants. Breakfast was great, with lots to choose from. The location was ideal, close to the town centre.

The toilet didn't offer much privacy, I would have preferred a separate bathroom and not have the wash basin in the room.

The service was superb. the manager and his staff made us feel very welcome. Any questions were answered and any actions almost instantly carried out. location was great, with a a superb view that I will always remember. We were very happy that as we were early, they checked us in our room - which they didn’t have to do, but I really liked that aspect.

Not much. Drinks were pricey, but I expected that from Mýkonos anyway.

Excellent boutique hotel. Very good location, 10 Minutes to the city center, amazing view from the pool. You don't have a breakfast bar, but rather you order with the staff and the chef makes it fresh for you. Never seen this concept, but absolutely loved it. Rooms were spotless every day.

Staff-Chaos. Bad staff management. For breakfast I would always drink to coffees. BUT middle through our stay the waiter announced all of the sudden that there is only one free coffee for breakfast and (sic!) I have to pay to have another coffee. Bear in mind we paid for the breakfast included. I was to be honest speechless. I have traveled the world and never seen a concept of all inclusive breakfast with only one drink. Especially not in a hotel that I paid 250 euros a night! So yes. I had to pay for the second coffee. I don't mind paying 3-4 euros for a coffee, but in such expensive hotel that just felt like an absolute rip off. An absolute no go. THEN after going to the reception to ask if it might have been a joke, the receptionist told me, in all earnest, that it is a common thing in hotels. really now? At the end of our stay, these extra coffee somehow didn't make it to our bill. But this is just an example on how unorganised this place is. The left hand doesn't know what the right does. On other hand our bill included things popped up that we didn't eat / drink. Ordering breakfast was also a pain, as one person does only drink orders and another food. Fair enough. But when I try to order food with the drinks person, I would expect this person to get hold of the food person and direct them to us. But no. They don't care. Generally there is a huge improvement in the service of the staff. The service doesnt reflect the standard you expect for such a nice and expensive hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Chef very competent and produced good breakfast and very nice lunches for me. 😀👍

Paying over €300 per night and being told to fetch my own water to drink. Two small bottles supplied on first day. Had to find local supermarket and carry water to room. Laundry service also not available, a case of go find a laundromat. Dimitris not overly helpful.
