What i liked about the WinterPark hotel: - Room was spacious. - King Bed was comfortable. - Toilet had big shower head which was phenomenal. - Location was close to center. (Approximately 5 Minute walk to Nazimi street) I have to give credit to Two employees who went above and beyond during my stay and that would be Suileman & Fatema, so for that i would like to say Thank you!

What i didn't like about WinterPark Hotel: (list is long so please bare with me) - Building is called Movenpick, however online on booking it says WinterPark Hotel so i thought that was odd. - Construction in Lobby, the Hotel pretty much does not have a Lobby. - When rooms where being cleaned, i noticed one of the days they redid the bed sheets without changing them. - Hygiene, Hygiene, hygiene!!! The Hotel does not have good hygiene what so ever - I was having breakfast one morning, where i saw one of the hotel guest touching different food from the buffet with his hand (and not putting on his plate). i straight away informed one of the hotel employee what i saw and he informed he that he would speak with the hotel guest. & removing/changing the dishes that have been touched. I saw that the employee disregarded my message which infuriated me where i escalated to management as it was not taken seriously. - As you can see from the photos attached (Both Room & corridor Photos) - The carpets are beyond old raggedy. - Needed to be changed a LONG TIME AGO, however hotel informed that they just have not gotten round to it as guest are still coming to the hotel. - Had to change my room several times due to condition of the rooms & the absurd loud constructions on one of the floors that went from 11am - 5pm! - Ordered Ice buckets several times - and for each time i received an ice bucket i had to pay 5 Manat = 3 $.. VERY SHOCKING - first ever hotel I've been two that is supposedly 4 stars (i wouldn't give it more than 2 Stars) and charges you for an ice bucket?!

The reception is excellent and very helpful

There are no multiple TV channels, movies and action, and there is no Arabic channel 1 2 The restaurant has insects on honey and cold kufi cheese

The staff were very cooperative, they answered all questions and offered help in every way possible especially Nigar, she adviced us for good places and helped us booking restaurants, the hotel location is perfect not inside nizami so less crowded but also very near to walk there 10-10

The pillows were a little uncomfortable, other than that NOTHING
